Grip and stance are very person dependant , what feels good for you may not feel good for me , but if it feels good for you , then no one can say it’s wrong … Or right . A large component of building a ton of muscle is stability , as if we are super stable we can progress lifts a long way , if something feels good in terms of grip or stance, it’s highly likely that for you , it’s providing good stability . An example is my squat stance is VERY diff to Corinne’s , she isn’t stable in mine and I’m not in hers , neither are wrong …

2 hours after the aminos , which would then be 30 mins pwo have your pwo shake meal
All I’m saying is don’t sip your aminos across your whole session , and don’t be nailing protien with only one hour gaps between feedings

It will take a long time to fix , you will feel pretty trash for a long while if you don’t raise your estro again , in some cases crashed e2 can stay down for months unless you actively take steps to fix it , if you don’t want to use more test , HCG at 500iu twice a week will help

Also what was your previous self medicated trt dose buddy? You maybe better off generally just adding a little primo to it, instead of just more test , for me personally I feel amazing on 250 test, if I add 200 primo I feel exactly the same and then just look even better and am much stronger ( that was my old cruise dose between blasts ) , but at 400 test I never felt anywhere near as gd and would have to consider higher dose primo and mast to offset the estro to find that same feeling , usually like 400:400 or even 400:600 test to primo / mast mix has the same feel as 250 test 200 primo in terms of sides , mood etc

A couple weeks and you will be back to normal, to speed this up I would consider for myself 10mg dbol a day for a week aswell then I would drop that back out

Aromasin is a suicidal aromatase inhibitor which means your estro won’t rebound back again, to fix this bring your test to 450 for 2 weeks and then lower it again to 300 and you should be in a really gd spot

Vegan protien , cerealI did some posing this morning and I was happy! The midsection genuinely looked acceptable ! I’m smaller now than Xmas time when I was blasting the absolute shit out of gear , but for how good I feel I will take that ALL day! I couldn’t stand trying to carry a bloated 285-290 now, and man to think I was 310 a couple times haha
I’m excited for the next bloods and then can make some decisions about what we do next as I’m very lean, feeling great, look ok , health is good , motivation is very high 🙂 , big pull day today , focus on the higher rep work as peak strength is honestly now just trash compared to what it was , again expected
