    262 , digestion is excellent ! I am super pleased I’m able to hold this look atm , I have sent off for more blood so let’s see where we are at after the double love heart , bergamot and ubiquinol at those doses has an incredible effect so I’m confident that will just see that last market come back in nicely , I should of double dosed from the off tbh

    So today my macros have been :

    60p 45f 12 percent salmon , duck eggs , courgette

    60p 40f whey iso pro, walnuts , sunflower seeds

    60p 40f grass fed beef, wild 4 percent salmon , coconut oil , walnuts, courgette

    60p 40f whey iso pro , walnuts, sunflower seeds

    60p 36f 12 percent salmon , coconut oil , courgette – have this at 4.30 ish

    60p 155c – vegan protien , gluten free cereal

    My steps are lower and I have dropped one of my cardio sessions , I’m just keeping my food volume down ATM like i said , so it’s just the one cardio on rest day now

    Spencer I personally hate the hammer strength dip machine I think it’s awful , get on some actual dip bars

    Mark yup will post it up , I was going to post the new bloods to insta too tbh . I’m just looking into private testing for heart plaque aswell , as that really shows what is what even more than blood work when it comes to cardiovascular episode risks

    I think it’s a food volume thing for us buddy , when we can keep those high calorie meals much smaller it’s just better on our shit stomachs . I did get another on wake compliment that my stomach is flat this morning haha! So doing 6 pro fat meals yday defo helped , plus they were all super tasty , who doesn’t like 300g salmon 🙂

    Great leg session today , fully back on my 2018 and 2019 diet again , was also my 2013 and 16 diet

    Pro fat
    Pro fat
    Intra carbs
    Pro carb pwo
    Pro carb post post
    Before bed I see how I feel and either have the cals from carbs or fats

    Rest day
    Yday i did 6 meals pro fat , but the last meal will be carbs if I have had a more active day

    I love the stability this diet gives me once I fully adjust to it , it seems to confuse a lot of people not having carbs before training but we do have these things called glycogen stores haha , they fuel workouts very well , I find also that my uptake of my intra is 10 X more efficient when I’m pro fat pre wo , and then as a result my pumps are much better , this set up probably isn’t the most efficient for gaining size but we know thats not the goal at all now

    Legs today I obv usually start with biceps but honestly I couldn’t be bothered and just wanted to nail my legs so bad , I was excited for that so I just skipped biceps totally lol , I went IN on legs though and that was epic haha , fuck biceps , I legit don’t care for them at all

    2 weeks today until spain for Corinne ! Fuck knows what the situation with travel will be , all I know is we are going whatever !

    If Corinne gets the O invite , that will mean 2 weeks in Cancun befofe the O , as need to do that to get into USA , if we are going to Cancun I’m fucking dieting again for it , it’s been 8 weeks post diet now , I’m not recovered , but in a couple more weeks I will be up for a small diet phase to look as gd as I can , I want to see my HDL back though so I will re do bloods again in a couple weeks so literally everything is in range , then it will be some primo back in and enjoy that boost , it’s sooner than I thought but I didn’t anticipate a 2 week holiday in Cancun haha , obv if she doesn’t win I will have to find another excuse to re add some bits haha , anyone got any gd ideas? Thanks giving lol? Need to look hard and sexy for that , ooo my bday too … All of a sudden events that I don’t care for have a purpose lol . Anyways blood work again first , I badly want perfect blood work to post up and be proud of 🙂

    Autoregulate as you go buddy, maybe slightly lower Cals and then run a few days and see how that goes , if it’s not enough , reduce a bit more

    Seeing as you mentioned your previous diet was all over the place , ( then popped up with an immaculate diet recall haha) , I would keep total mg still low , and focus on absolutely nailing consistency with eating , so something like 250 test 150 primo would be more than enough considering eating before was all over the place , I can’t stress enough the diff it will make once eating is on point , you will make the same gains as your surplus period in terms of muscle mass due to more efficient recovery and look MUCH better . Get lean slowly while progressing yourself and then cruise again at the end

    Obv this is only what I would personally do in your position , if my blood work was super tidy
