what happens when you run out of exercise variations?
also time spent re warming up, re loading weights , also loose chance to increase pump on a grooved movement
there is no right or wrong here with it btw, and dont look at things with a load/back off mentality , i never do or have … i have total sets for a body part to hit and spread those sets based on what i like, kit i have , pumps …it just so happens that often a load and then back off situation occurs , its not a planned circumstance

Metabolic work in a deficit would be even more detrimental than rest pause additions , drop sets the same

Primo would avoid this but it’s not comparable in terms of the muscle it builds Vs npp , so imo this cycle is nice

Ah Corinne is my rock, but also she is the Jekyl to my Hyde in many ways , as I am naturally a risk taker and push the extremes whereas she is much calmer and will say, hold up let’s think about this a second , and then if her persuasion skills are on point that day she can talk me down from most madness I decide on , yday I decided it could be a gd idea to try epo for example , she talked me out of that one hahaha – I have a very strange part of my brain that likes to experiment and unless I am doing something like that , that part feels bored , but for now it’s behaving and we are all good
It really has been hard in some ways but in others it’s been nice because I couldn’t walk , now I can , I used to get crazy anxiety about even where we would park and if I can be dropped outside places , I can now walk for 30 mins before I get pain , which sounds funny as that’s still not long but at one point I couldn’t walk 30 seconds
This morning also , in bed before we got up, Corinne commented on how flat my stomach was , admittedly Is was on my back haha , but when I have been heavy heavy, that thing is like a beach ball even laying , this morn it was legit something i didn’t hate , so that’s nice
My walking around weight now is about 260 ish and I know once I get that down to low 250s I will feel so good , but equally I don’t want to just rush and fuck it all off , I want that weight to come off my midsection from slowly not needing as much food as I have just dropped a little bit of density , and then that’s a look I really want and can be proud of
I will defo Do a video when I’m deeper in , as I ATM I’m just collecting the process , I have had more wobbles than I have shared but I will cover them all in a video in detail just to help people .
I will admit I can’t wait to take more gear and diet again, I feel a bit like a crack head in that sense , but I know if I stick to 2 drugs , test and primo , and stikv to the limits I have set myself in the diet period , I can attain all the things I want , look good , feel good , satisfy the experimental part of my mind , still be strong enough to enjoy my training – gosh writing that all that is there is ego ego ego ego haha , but i suppose it can’t be totally dropped to just say, well I invested 2 decades into this, I now don’t care at all, as that’s not realistic
I’m trying to always be as self aware as I can , and i know that provided my bodyweight is only ever trending down now and I don’t ever take more than my alloted drugs in a deficit phase , I’m all good . The rest is about how hard I can train on much less afforded to me

Run a food log , even if it’s all over the place , write down eveyrhing you ate yday in here and then also today
Be fairly easy to work out if your recall is correct , howevwr most people are too embarrassed often to recall properly and leave out the mars bars and crisps , we legit don’t give a shit if you live on cake haha , just tell exactly what you ate , even if it’s breakfast is a wagon wheel and a breakfast burrito , etc

MemberJuly 30, 2021 at 2:21 pm in reply to: Potential causes of gyno on current cycleNpp interaction with test , it can cause a further elevation in e2 in some than what they as standalone drugs would yield think of test as 3 , npp as 3 , 3+3 should equal 6 , but in this case it can equal 9 , run some blood work and see what is what then it will be fairly obvious how to control it

No imo keep doing what your doing , that is a nice amount of volume, it may well be that your back just doesn’t get sore , maybe try adding 1 second to all your eccentric portions of lifts and see how that feels , eccentric loading is what often will result in more soreness , chest is common as we train it deep into the stretch often so create a lot of soreness as a result
Delts we basically get no soreness as its almost impossible to create a stretch and we can’t really load heavily eccentically

I would rather see neither and the focus really be on nailing training and eating at the current doses .

Maybe to just get a clearer vision of how lean they actually are , i would do the same and drop it just so I can see what’s what, but I wouldn’t focus on the scales , as for me with how much crap I hold in my g.i , I could hold 5-6 pounds from insulin and another 5 again from gh lol , so that combo and I’m water buffalo , so to see how lean I actually am it’s better to drop it

I wouldn’t worry much about that, look in the mirror , lean enough – sweet minincut over, not lean enough and still not hungry yet , push for more
