To get truly insanely big , at some point you will need gh at decent amounts and then decent amounts of gh will likely need some insulin – however you can still get very big without it , very very big
Look to use 4-5iu gh until maybe have gained 30 pounds of actual stage weight , then after that will need 6/7/8iu to get to 40-50 pounds of stage weight imo

At those numbers of food focus and fatigue you can go super slow in the reverse which is awesome , 250 Cals be ample , metabolism will then probably speed up nicely and you can add another 250 , but just monitor and look to only gain a pound a week max

It doesn’t matter really , so the only deciding factor will be insulin sensitivity and bg levels , 6iu/day could start to see fasted BG rise if you are at the dog end of an offseason , so in that situation taking it in one hit pwo is going to see you control BG the best as pwo your body will be able to still utilise fuel really effectively due to glut4 receptor sensitivity , so that’s where we want our bolus dose of gh
Taking split doses means you will have elevated gh/igf levels over a longer duration which means increased chance of decreased insulin sensitivity
This obv gets much worse once you get to 8, 10 + iu / day and then need smart strategies to keep insulin sensitivity ticking over well

How food focused are you? Rate out of 10 , 10 being craving like fucking crazy ( I ended my last diet at a 9 ish, pretty high)
How fatigued are you? 10 being smashed ( I ended my last diet at maybe a 7)

For fat loss probably 12.5 twice a week ala Jamie advise , until very lean and then the leaner you are the less you will aromatise anyways so then you probably wouldn’t need any and could just add a little primo to the cycle
Muscle gain , probably none , unless I really got sides

Proviron imo isn’t a Wise choice here , you will crush shbg into lower than low numbers and will barely impact the gyno imo
The adex will suffice totally here imo to get things under control , let the adex have a couple weeks in before blood work

Legs was superb , rejig of the session , I just want to put major work on my leg press and My leg ext ATM , then my seated ham and my hyper – as these allow me to connect the best as I get deeper into the work sets and get into a real groove – this isn’t me changing my approach , this is just how I feel NOW , I always go by how I feel in the NOW and right NOW , fhis feels good lol ( hopefully I have made that clear enough haha )
So previously I was doing 5-6 sets of compound work split across hacks and leg press , leg ext was 5 sets with 2-3 pre and 2-3 post compound , so it’s the same total work just in straight blocks
Cable curl X 13 X 8 X 7 X 7 drop 2 drop 1
Hammer curl X 11 X 8Leg press X 21 X 17 X 14 X 12 X 10
Leg ext X 8 X 7 X 6 X 10 X 8 drop 2 drop 2

Addcutor rest pause 10-5-3 drop 7

Diet still being rejigged a fair bit to nail some triggers , I’m burping a lot and can’t pin point a trigger so have resigned myself to just it being the volume of food as obv my food has increased the last couple weeks since finishing my diet
Macros are still the same but today was
Tuna/salmon/duck eggs / rice / strawberries
Iso pro / oats / seeds
Intra – perfomance fuel , eaa
Pwo cod / haddock / rice / white potato / strawberries / seeds
Post post low fat beef mince / rice / potato / strawberries / seeds
Pre bed oats / JP vegan / walnuts
625c/360p/125f ( not counting extras, just direct macros , so total Cal’s will be higher than these macros ) , courgette with all solid meals
My weight has climbed a little more , 260-262 but holding here now , so I’m 8-10 pounds up on my lowest weight. I am comfier walking sub 260 , but I just carried on filling back out a little more after that diet, I would have to restrict things and impact my recovery from the diet if I forced my weight to stay lower , I’m happy with just an 8 pound climb after it
