Then run your own blood work Initially at 6 12 18 weeks – to make sure your in a really gd spot and then repeat blood work would only need to be every 4-5 months after that but really every 6 months is totally fine when just running trt. Will save you literally thousands of pounds doing the above

I’m not a fan of that drug choice but can understand why your using it
It maybe best to simply run test e, take your shots EOD and then come off test for 3 weeks ( will still be active during that time ) and while not taking test , take your oral , so then that’s run 3 weeks on 3 weeks off – this will see much less chance of gyno
Don’t take a bolus shot of test e before you go away, your oral will tick you over no problem, or one step better , get yourself set up with private trt and legally be able to take 1 shot of test with you per week for when your away 🙂

If you enjoy, then it’s no problem , maybe have some strawberries too for some additional nutrient density as these are also only 6c/100g , if your shooting for carb free , going with red meat or fish will be your best bet and then just pick which based on how much fat your allowing yourself in that meal , tuna steak is very low fat and nice for breakfast , I have that with duck eggs and salmon

As with hilly , your getting cracking control from the primo and mast , which is causing that further lowering of shbg. From an anabolism perspective , could lower those dht drugs a little and add in a little more test , this will see a more favourable test – estro ratio for growth , shbg will rise a touch too, libido and mood will increase too

I just did 20 weeks with a lad and we called it a day there as he has maxed out his growing in one phase and now just needs to sit at his new weight and settle into it ( 45 pounds up) , you don’t need to be at your highest dose for that , with him we started at 300 and then after 14 weeks went to 400 and then the last 2 weeks added 20mg dbol pre wo. Now gone back to 150 while sit into the new weight and then will start to tidy , initially only adding 100 more , then another 100 and finish the tidy on circa 450, and then clear out again at 150 ready for the next push again .

Yes, very typical , high doses of anabolics always see a drop in shbg , During a cruise it will rise much higher .
What was your e2 on this cycle ?

Yes, I would go straight into what I said , if I only had those weights I would make sure the first session was true failure by correcting Every aspect of my form, all of us can be more controlled with eccentrics and more controlled with changes of direction – start how you mean to go on

Training raises test , I’m guessing you also probably started eating more when training too, this will also play a large role , especially if your consuming more fats

Increase reps
Increase eccentric
Increase pause in the stretch
Increase exposure to effective reps through rest pause sets( None of the above means light lifting , it just literally means the absolute max weight you can lift still, don’t start stretching and squeezing truing to ” feel” the weight , that isn’t novel, it just shit )
