I’m starting to see that the ibs + ab tears play a huge role in why I struggle there. But both can be kept in check and controlled , just takes a lot of diligence on my part 🙂

25mg aromasin / dayI feel like the above cycle is spot on for me atm . Is really nice to have Dr Scott in my corner to talk me through stuff atm . I have a sense of calm that I did like in 2016 when working with him. It’s quite unique his effect on me really . That’s again no dig on any other coaches , they have all been truly brilliant , but some relationships just get better than others 🙂 . I really advise that if u find a coach that 1 : continually invests their time in furthering their education , this results in a v current coach who can help answer the questions you don’t know. 2 ) has an effect on you that when they tell you what to do, you have unwavering trust.

Prior to being ill I was on more carbs , I would favour that, but my digestion didn’t feel great . I have mentioned already that it doesn’t matter where my macros fall in comparison to someone else, you may utilise fats well as fuel , someone else may not. Bottom line is caloric intake. Assess your macro preference based on performance , recovery, well being ( I mentioned this exact phrase in the last 2-3 pages ) . Hope that helps

Have totally filled back out now after the stomach bug, I look like have put on a couple pounds again. Food is staying as is this week. Should hold me around low 250s . Will maybe able to get under 250 again with just this week and a swap back to higher doses eph next week. We shall see.

The slight extra leg volume at the end felt absolutely perfect. My single leg glute bridges SUCK , must get very gd at these.

I would run the peak from 2016 and 2013 , carbs 3 and 2 days out , control day 1 day out. This whole approach makes a huge diff on midsection.
I haven’t ever heard of glucose infusions and I wouldn’t go to that extent either , start prep leaner , don’t have to diet for as long / become quite as depleated as a result , don’t have to take in 50000000g or carbs to fill up.
