She weighed in at 162 pounds the other day . We work best no scales generally apart from hopping on for curiosity . At 150 Corinne will be very dangerous , once we chip under that – it’s about finding the balance between if we can bring her down more and keep density . I feel like we can get her PEELED and keep density .

Indeed echoing what Corinne says, condition has to come at some point 🙂 , 7 out she is bang on track now to bring what I want. She has done V well to salvage back from where she was , without having to abuse anabolics / cardio etc and smash her body to bits.

I’m dry as fuck from all the upset tum, no joke my legs look better now than when I ended prep, they have more detail than onstage , legit not joking haha.I have still had every toilet trip with upset tum which is draining but I have used Imodium today to try to help not go so many times. I don’t know when I’m going to shake this so will just roll with it until I’m ready to rock again

I’m so dehydrated that I think I need a drip, I’m going to try to fix myself today with just sleep and hydration but if I’m still being sick tonight / upset tum , I will have to go hospital as I’m worried tbe extreme dehydration for this long will start to knock into other things

Halved my intra shake as was only in there an hour ,
Warmed up properly to fire up lats
Lat pulldown 130kg x 9 , 140kg x 6
Band assisted chin x 10/ x 8
Straight arm pulldown 7×10 , 8 x 7
Pullover machine 55x 6 , 40 x 9
Reverse pec dec 25 x 10/8/7
Db curl x 6/6
Cable curl x 8Had a pro recover after , now for a sleep and see what my stomach will let me do cal wise this evening . So far have put away not many carbs , it will likely be sorbet/ smoothie and whey for next meal

M1 60g protein from whey, 15f coconut oil, 15f pecans , 1 scoop greens
M2 3 eggs , 2 slices gluten free bread , 20g eaaI want to do some light back work today and get some intra carbs in me and pumping about.
As I mentioned I have dropped the tren for now , my stomach will be happy. Going to lower my gh back to 6iu also as I felt a little better here stomach wise
