Rest day carb meal i shifted one earlier simply because I’m so tired by evenings atm as I’m working solidly , so then it’s a massive chore to eat a big meal when tired. So meal 5 is better for me atm . If I wasn’t so tired I would have it meal 6 still .
Drugs I posted up a couple days ago so look back for that .Let’s get stuck into this phase , probably be a 20 week run before I cruise again, I imagine 6 down then a slow 14-15 back up. End goal is 33 inch waist and strongest yet and calipers a tiny bit better than they are mown , once I get back upto high 250s . Then we will repeat 🙂 , easy 🙂 – if u can be totally on it everyday without faltering

But let’s see , if I get to 245 and it’s fucking on, I will finish the job , if the areas are still weak – no point being beaten for the same shit .
