Then next leg will be just the one set as well, then slowly I maybe able to get back to 2 sets if can rid of the pain from the 1st set

I would absolutely perform a glucose drip, and it’s something I have considered . But it would need practise . Next time I will live in my waist trainer , and just hook upto the IV and I’m all set haha

Legs today , strength still nicely
On the up. One more full week of training , then Deload time again ( that will of been 5-6 weeks since the last) I have accumulated fatigue pretty fast as got fairly strong with a little more cals vs their lowest in prep. So I’m excited for another Deload to drop off some of that fatigue before working my volume back to its peak again 🙂Lying Ham stack x 14 , + 10kg x 7 , + 12kg x 6

I will continue with this diet set up as I do my mini cut

Re add gear and let it get in for 2
Weeks . Then take my bodyweight down to 245 over 6 weeks, keep strength as is. Then V slowly move from 245 back to 260ish which would be max offseason weight. Repeat process again, ensuring when the second phase ends I’m stronger than ending the first phase of it.
A couple of rounds of that and I will have my midsection fixed( I had been bouncing around with the idea of a
Slow creep up from here, but it would mean I end at 265 ish , and just no point , I must must must pull 3 inches off my waist , so I have to go down from here. Means a v strict year coming up )_________________________________________

Weeks I will likely move into a deficit again and pull my waist down more and solidify my Strength at a lower weight , i would like to be up at decent strength in the high 240s , 6-7 pounds over my lowest stage ready weight and get another 2 inches off my waist . I have zero interest at all going over the weight I am now this offseason, I don’t need to, to win a show. I need to be lighter and smaller waist ( I outlined the phases a few pages back that I plan to run through )_________________________________________
