My strength isn’t too bad at all for this bodyweight and on a cruise , im pretty happy. One more week and we can kick things up. Im defo set on a cycle now , will do my shots daily as per usual :
130mg primo / day – 910/week
70mg tren ace / day -490/week
50mg test p / day – 350 / week
40mg mast e/ day – 280mg/ week
6.25mg aromasin / day
9iu gh / day ( 3×3)
No slin, no igf, no peptides , and won’t be added before any asks , too much water and bloat that I don’t need .The mast e is in to allow me to lower my aromasin, the test is at a dose that I feel best, tren is enough to get
Stronger and improve , primo is my fav and I can run the highest. It’s a fairly conservative cycle , but as we have discussed the goal isn’t to step onstage with 6-7 pounds more muscle , I think I would need double the doses again to get that in honesty. But that’s enough for me to get myself to pb strength at a lighter bodyweight , and then improve the weaker areas as they respond like newbie gains. I won’t surpass my all time strength on this cycle .

I have to bump up my cals with almond butterLikely your simply backed up from rest day food. Do your calipers , look in the mirror , if your gaining fat , back off ur cals to a level that meets your goals

Only thing I will try is to creep back in a little pepto pro intra to see how well it sits atm, so 20g of protein from that to all sessions .
Leg session intra will add 20g c from raging full , as that is the most demanding session by far so makes most sense if going to bump cals to intially add a little there.Jordan’s diet

And I assume I can put dhb into that category. When I blast And add more primo and some mast, this will give scope to lower aromasin to 6.25 Ed , as they will control estro for me.
I don’t see myself ever taking npp or test over 350/400 again , just pointless for me .

Would see taking 6.25 as HIGH, it’s all relative.I’m certainly would get on with the dhb but that is not my point, why play the dhb card if initially primo will do? Then when primo doesn’t drive strength anymore , make the swap . This approach is how many more need to think if want to get legit strong .:.. and as a result – big
