Today’s upper ( it looks long , but it’s all rest pause work , took about 2.5 hours to get It all done which is about the time I like to train, I’m ruined by the end )

Superb session today , super happy with how everything feels , I’m tired as haven’t deloaded yet but I’m resting well on my rest days and managing stress as well as poss –
I need to sleep a bit more but I’m hungry AF so waking up super early just crazy hungry but I haven’t ever given into hunger and over eaten once ever , so I don’t plan to do that now . I’m excited to get through the next couple weeks and see how things look 🙂trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

Adam , I have some pwo meal aswell and then one more time again in the eve with the higher carb meal.
Rest days same usually take 3 times.

I take the adaptogen mix post wo and pre bed , look at what they do, when is the two times you want to relax body as much as poss ….….
Trigger foods , is the key to gut health tbh. Eat what likes ur body not what u like to eat and ur gut will be perfect , then don’t force the food too hard when appetite is shot. A digestive enzyme and probiotic . Rice is my go

Keifei seems reliable
Doses depend on if you need that total to progress , the inject totals look great but the var is likely not needed , maybe try 50mg training days only the last 4 weeks just to drive performance a little higher to eek out some

The v low dose adex for most , wont impact really on lipids , and controlling estro imo is more important. Aromasin would be favourable for lipids but most just can’t get it

It’s super hard to pinpoint I’m afraid , it can literally be any of the factors mentioned . I would ensure all foods are g.i friendly , get a very gd probiotic, vsl # 3 or vivomixx , keep water intake away from meals and possibly add some hcl + digestive enzymes to meals with meat .

If I attempt reps I can’t complete , I often will interfere with strength for later sets , my goal of the session is to increase overall work done . Going fucking nutty on some exercises is fun, but it will often kill anything you do after . My latest quad session for example, read my blog , read leg extensions the set and note after it

Start with crucifix laterals then over head press , then cuff pushdowns then assisted dips. After that whatever you fancy , but get good at the above , strong with perfect form , you will have decent arms and delts .

I agree with him, I just don’t cycle my volume that often , which is a nice way to overload areas. Most people will naturally fall into a rough volume they need to make some kind of progress , the realism is how many of those sets are effective . Volume can be lower if you really really go at the sets
