The 200-400 cals u expend cutting out the cardio won’t make the smallest diff post show . I personally stop any at all, but then also I don’t binge post show , so I don’t rebound .

You don’t necessarily NEED anything , aside from maybe creatine , high quality omega 3 , evening primrose oil, a good whey ( for convenience ) , maybe a good greens powder . These things don’t change between lean bulk/ diet phase . All that changes is your caloric intake .

Both create a deficit , it comes down to which tool serves you best , so … time to learn your body a bit 🙂 , add some cardio , see what happens , next move lower some cals, see what happens ….

Ryan I will add, I would of been more mindful also to protect my gut health , I abused food – I pushed n pushed that gut health really took a hit , now I have ibs and have to be super meticulous to control inflammation ( currently craving carrot cake , am a week post show n don’t want to flare my gut 🙁 sad times)

Suppdude, fuck … well I sent off the ment , dhb and primo ace of theirs , And their primo ace tabs. I will post all the labs here and on pro muscle …… janoshik is hplc testing for me , he doesn’t know what labs / what compounds he has , I sent him 0.5ml in unmarked vials , so these results will be bang on

Ryan, I obv added it fairly fast, but I think it’s just the constant rate I added it . 100 pounds of stage weight over any period is going to hurt areas . If you push too hard in a short time frame it will hurt you though for sure , watch ur waist size and midsection control , try not to push insulin too hard , use all the tools wisely. I wouldn’t of done anything diff in the way I added the weight I would of just been so mindful to train my abs crazy hard throughout and work hard on stomach control all through the process of pushing. I likely won’t add anymore stage weight from here in total as goal is more muscle and better condition again , so I see myself sitting around 247-248 like where I weighed in at for this comp. if I can be 6-7 pounds leaner again with 6-7 pounds new muscle in my glutes and calves and some ab density , I will be VERY happy 🙂

Rest day has been nice , had tissue work , cinema soon . Had sub 34 waist on wake , had my waist trainer on for parts for the day and practiced my vacuums on wake.

So my waist measured just under 34 today, that was after a total inflammatory free day yday . So I defo can’t eat anything fun atm otherwise my g.i just hates me .
I am keen to start probiotics again to help. I wonder how much of the irritation is caused by orals + tren , as soon as I drop them my g.i feels so much better.Really gd session today

Corinne is 14 weeks out next weekend , she will use genotec anavar and primo , and then the solberg dhb
We planned to go in at 10mg anavar / day.

50mg primo / weekShe will change A LOT off that , I’m super excited for her to diet down, she does have a gd chunk to come off but it will of been worth it for the new muscle I can defo see that.

Morning guys n girls
So I haven’t started trestalone , in honesty I can’t be fucked to inject daily atm after doing that for the last 20+ weeks. So obv not using any trest at all means il “ cruise a bit higher “ like I norm do. Last time I did 300 test and 400
Primo , this time will do 300 test and 300 dhb , half adex eod, 4iu gh / day .
I’m using genotec test e , half ml of that ( it’s 300/ml) x 2 a week , and then 1ml solberg dhb ( its 150/ml ) x 2 a week . I zero pip at all! I think the quality of the genotec helps because of the solvents they use.So il run this cycle for I dunno 8 or so weeks let’s say. And try super hard to bring my strength up , with the cal increase we have made ( which isn’t crazy at all) so this period I have to be SO accurate and train so fucking hard to make improvements in the areas we need, more calf ,
Glute and better ab. And then hold the rest of my bod basically. Then once I run bloods as long as everything is as it should be , I think the plan will just be to bump test a touch , bump dhb a touch and then add a small amount of trestalone and just see what can be done with the drug increase. My waist was 34.5 this morn ( I still have some ibs issues from the load and diuretics ) but will be adding back in some pro biotics and butyric acid after chatting to my friend Dr Gabrielle Trapani this morn.So basically 8 week goals
waist sub stays 34
Improve strength on weak areas dramatically !! Need huge all time pbs
Try my best to get strength on everything else back to matching it’s best
Keep gut health perfect
Practice vacuums daily
Improve posing each week
