It’s funny actually , u can see I have a small skin tag on my glutes ( used to be small) , but from all the leg press and lat pulldown and seated pressing that fucker has grown from the friction.

I think prop is too cheap to fake , that the other stuff was likely real and it’s just my levels of conversion . Either way, 700 test is going to be easily covered by 1 letro / day.
So if I make the adjust to both , the outcome is pretty clear to me , if my adex was fake i get drier , if prop was fake i may get a touch fuller , i will re test bloods n I bet anything values don’t changetrainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

Vib ur right buddy, I think the prop likely is legit , the tren certainly feels it, I could get it lab tested but I’m going to move onto genotec bits now anyways so no need really for the faff. It’s most likely I just don’t convert too well and raise my levels high enough on prop at the daily dose of 100. So it would be gd to swap and then re do bloods in a week and see if it is then just me . The estro is defo because of the tren. I can’t see my adex being fake but then again who knows , I have some letro I found that’s from the pharmacist , so I could swap to 2.5mg of that/ day and also re test estro. But my bet is that the values come out the same ish again for both even with the swaps 🙂

I know Genotec is for sure and I haven’t used it yet . But I know for certain that it is excellent , I’m quite keen to move onto their stuff

With 1.5 Adex in daily , I can’t see it impacting at all unless that is fake too lol , it should only bring positives . But ur right it’s what I have been bouncing back and forth in my head all day

DNA pharma prop , I’m going to swap to genotec tonight and see if that climbs . I KNOW the genotec is bang on , the dna I have no idea.
So if In a week I’m still low, it’s just me
Estro being up is common.
I have sporadically used caber at 0.5mg prob 2x a week I would say
I will swap the tren to genotec for this last week too
My mast is d4 so I know that’s gd

Really great session again. So on wake pics were flatter
Than we wanted so another high day again today ! 4 days of running low since the last , defo stepped forward in condition but then noticeably flatter than yday so just backloding from pwo , I straight to gym for sushi and ate as much as I could in there , then after that sorbet and ate the biggest serving they had. I kept Fats out , sushi I just did tuna stuff , and obv sorbet is fat free . So I likely hit about 350c pwo .Will shoot for 1000c today and that should see me gd again ready to crack on.
The session was more lat focused , as I have legs sat, which has the Rdl in , so I will get a ton of thickness work there , so focused on getting my back volume in from more lat today in pull
Obv started with pump calf . Rest tmo and then legs has loaded calf

Lat pulldown all 10/ 8/7 drop 5
Machine row : all x 12/10/8 drop 5
Assisted chin 10 , 10 , 10 drop 4
Dual high row – short 10 into long 10 , 10/10 forced stretch on the long stretched ( so I basically broke this move into two parts , it has a wank resistance profile , so did 10 reps in the bottom half just getting the lower lat short , then once I couldn’t get it short did 10 reps from the full stretch down as low as I could go, which was about the point I took the short range to . So was a lovely combo.
On the second set in the lengthened, corinne added resistance in the stretch and then let go when I contracted them added again etc . This totally finished off my lats

Pull today , going to start with calves again but today just bodyweight sets will do 4 x 25-30 reps before my pull work . I hit them with 6 sets fairly heavy stuff yday , day before was rest , day before that hit them with 6 sets heavy stuff
Basically going to carry that cycle on 4-6 sets at the start of every session , either 25-30 rep stuff or 7-12 rep stuff . Train them 2 days on 1 off . I especially foresee this blowing them up in my rebound
Heavy days will be toe press alternated with standing calf , then seated
Pump days just standing calf , until they are super strong then move to single leg or maybe donkey calf raise

Reece, lay with ur head close to the cable cross over stack, set the pins low , so the cables only just cross ur body. Then perform the cuff pushdowns as norm but laying down

Sleep update , so considering I’m lean , on 700mg tren , I’m still sleeping V well!! The sleep stack I really think is helping , I only ever promote stuff I back , as you guys know, the fact Dr dean formulated this too;
