Jack I haven’t weighed myself in weeks now matey , I literally have no idea , 100 percent going by mirror , and strength / pumps . Scales Fuck everything up for me. I’m ready when I have no body fat left , whatever I weigh will be what it is, visually I can see volume is down and we have pinpointed those minor errors ( not really errors, but my mind perceives them as so sadly , just learning points really )

Visually I didn’t look like I got much , I have dropped some volume the last couple weeks that I just don’t get back once I lose it , but we shall see, condition is on track for 21 days 🙂

Morning chaps
So pwo I ran 200c pwo from cereal
Then went to yo sushi and hit as many carbs as I could possibly eat
Before bed had malt loaf and gluten free muffinsI totally around 1200c for the day,

I will list my high day tonight once I have eaten , but after chats with Stefan and Corinne , next week we are pulling t3 back to 25 , and dropping clen back out for a bit , as volume is just dropping a bit faster than it needs to, I don’t have much body fat left, it will All be gone fairly soon , so just need to have some sessions that are productive and not too flat and we will be there 🙂

Sat perfect , taste is great . Please please check these out , I know they are expensive , but if you value quality and have the disposable income , nothing comes close . They are literally the epitome of what I would formulate if I was told : u have no budget just make it incredible. Vib it was me who suggested it to sas . Usually means can run no a.i , it bumps total mg up a touch enough to protect muscle . I likely wouldn’t do it unless u have as much muscle as Sas , just 300 test is more than enough

Also straight into clear out for me post show, 300 test + 200 mast I will run for 8 or so weeks, then bring in the trestalone and dhb. Will probably run:

Rotties it won’t be an offseason drug for me ( as per the convo we all had about it on here a few weeks ago,
It would be a prep drug instead of some of the test)When I have some insight to the compounds I will share
Jack we talk a couple times a week, Stefan is absolutely brilliant – I am very hard to coach though I have realised more so, in that I do like a large element of control it seems especially if my mind is clear and I can make effective calls , so this week it was my call when to high day, I defo know I don’t need to adjust cals down lower next week and if I high day next week it will be when I see bits im happy with. Between us we have done well this prep

Hey buddy , this prep I feel leaving tools in the tank is more important than ever 🙂 . Rebound phase imo post show needs to be less drugs and doing the v best you can on less when food is high . So let’s say for most of the offseason you never go over 1g of drugs, it could be 500mg test , 300npp , 200 eq. Or whatever it is, that has you look/feel great and able to eat your food. For me it would be maybe 300 test , 400-500primo ( or dhb) and then 200npp ( or maybe trestalone ) .
Then prep starts and u take ur cals down and ur first move is bump test or trestalone a little to help fullness. Through that early / middle phase of prep I think you could recomp like crazy , as drugs go to 1100-1200-1300mg / week , looking to drop fat well but really stay full and strong. Then we still have tren to play with at the later end of prep when strength and fullness dips, maybe adding a bit more test / trest , and then tren at 175mg/week to start.
So now we are on say:
300test
450dhb/primo
400 trestalone ( or more test + some eq)
175 trenTotal drugs are still super low here , but fullness and strength would be an absolute peak !
Then it would be 50mg mast p ed , and tren to 50mg edTotals now :
300 test
450 dhb/primo
400 trestalone
350 tren
350 mast
1850 totalLast 3 weeks : 50mg anavar + Winnie + halo /
DayThat imo would be the perfect use of all your tools 🙂

Going to run high day again tmo , I’m super pleased with details that are coming.

I always dose split am /pm at
The end of every prep have ever done. I use pre wo if needed at the start . In an ideal world wouldn’t use any orals at all until last 3-4 weeks , but I had no drugs to add from injects .
