Jdh, yessir 🙂 , I think the paused Sldl/Rdl is the best back thickness move poss , I place mine after ham work and I flex into a band to favour glute recruitment as for me I need more glute and Ham vs more back atm. If someone was other way around would do a pulldown first imo

( next time no Db row , and all lat row instead , lats now too fatigued to get muscle short effectively with the Db row strength curve placed that far back in a session)

Ok so this week I have split my sessions back up a touch , just making that adjustment at the right time when I’m about to be ready , and breaking them up allows for better recovery and focus , so today I did quads + calves
Standing calf , 11/8/7/6 last set triple drop 3-2
Leg ext 11/8/6 last set double drop -4
Reverse band hack 8/10
Reverse band leg press 10/12
Lunge 12/12
Heel elevated dumbell squat 10/8/6
Adductor 10/8/6/25
Leg raise 10/8/8/7

Situation dependent , I think I covered it in the Deload video tbh. If u feel ok , train – how hard u train depends on how U feel, if ur fucked; rest. You should be learning from each Deload tbh , to apply to the next one . I have no idea how hard you train , and the rest you need.
