I maxed out the machines so rotated for smith, I would rather a diff machine again but don’t have the kit available. No I don’t train people this way all that much, people are too narrow minded often to have them do it . It’s the sole reason Dante stopped coaching as he just couldn’t get people to drop their preconceived opinions of what they need to do. I have some clients I know I could do this with , but they have to be smart , open minded and understand programming .
Mike , start v low with drugs , so u have lots in the tank to spare . But no 60 is too much . 30-35 is ideal

Decent session, strength is ok, pumps and connection ok , moved my leg extension which for now felt better , it never lasts long pre compound moves as knees then take a hit but today felt gd

So carbs are just chipping down a touch next week by 40g on both days. Halo up by 10g / day and Winnie up by 10g/ day. No other changes , it’s coming off perfectly well.
I have noticed when out of the gym I’m a little softer than previous years at this body fat , but equally my fullness is much better and pumps and general well being is better , one of the things corinne and I altered this year was going higher on sodium intake , atm my sodium is the highest it’s ever been , I use a lot! Training days I drink about 6 litres and rest days about 6 . So once final week comes and just take that water a bit higher it will help flush a little more.
Shoulder swell is down a bit again today , still there and sore , but it’s going down. Now I know it’s not an abscess I will stop the anti biotics as they really disrupt my digestion , and just use ibuprofen until it’s gone

Noah, pretty simple , high water , high sodium , high carbs from jasmine rice because sits the best with me . Fill up until I’m as full as I can get , tidy up with half tabs of dyazide until dry. Can’t really go too far wrong with that if your in shape . I won’t actively deplete as I will be flat as fuck by then. I will keep training the same

Last couple days of the sleep stack from supplements needs , so ordered more as genuinely am super impressed . Ordered a celluvol too , I haven’t used a pre wo all prep but I want to try that one as it’s stim free and as I’m getting flatter , that will help for sure to keep pumps going

Shoulder is settling down already which is great , still swollen but it’s not an abscess , sleep was much better too 🙂

Jaglio really gd question again. Did you read the post I wrote about when to use cardio and when to reduce cals? It’s been in the last few pages. James and I differ a lot, his body handles cardio well, his legs don’t shrink. For me , no joke a week of liss at this point would knock an inch to inch and half off my legs , they simply cannot handle it. So I would happily adjust my cals down as low as 8 cals / pound lean bodyweight on a rest day, 10 on a training day . I don’t see myself going below that and i will be totally ready. Let’s say I end 240 , 2400 cals training day I will be shredded 🙂 . In other people you need to pay attention to strength , pumps and the visual . Atm for me , just reducing cals is leaving me strong , gd pumps and I’m not horribly flat . I have Corinne looking at me daily and her eye is tremendous , I don’t even question it in the slightest anymore , even if in prep mode I see something else in myself, her opinion rules all 🙂 .

Than take more t3 . Some people can take more t3My body is v gd with clen once I’m settled into it, initially I have to be careful it doesn’t make me too flat , but that’s why I prefer to use it at the end when them v low doses go a long way

That is one of the changes that Stefan implemented that I feel has really benefitted me buddy. Training day carbs at m1 , m2 and then intra , post, post post . I go into sessions feeling V gd! One of the changes we made was to utilise more carbs rest days , and although they are creeping down now, using some instead of pro fat days suits me better . This is all VERY person dependant ; try it and see how you go. That is a change I will keep on into offseason going forward for sure
