Sleep is excellent , the sleep
Product from supplement needs is spot on. When that’s released I highly advise , as once I get down this lean I usually can’t sleep, but still 8.5 hours sleep last night. Makes a huge diff.
Still no stims at all . Mood is very good . Recovery is doing ok. The push and quad sessions fuck me up with the work load in the sessions but some gd fat loss coming from them while keeping strength and connections really nice

If I fancy something , I have it . Usually just a nice sushi meal. Last time I competed in Brazil I had frozen yoghurt and blueberries and then some sushi and I didn’t fancy much else. I can’t imagine the post show binges and eating and eating and gaining 10-15 pounds in a day. Just makes you feel like utter shit and then the next day usually fed up too

I think Rob is awesome guys , I coached him and saw first hand how hard he works. Must be really hard to balance a family and gym sometimes . He will take his card at some point I have zero doubts .

My thoughts on hypertrophy are unchanging ( stop looking for absolutes) I have said the same phrase for maybe 4 years ….. progress your lifts across a multitude of rep ranges. High reps isn’t new, low reps isn’t new. It’s just a phase – that burns tons of cals, causes low neural fatigue at the point where I have already been training for 90 mins and I’m fatigued and have an hour of work left to do. Low reps will be back , when It’s the right time. Constant auto regulation based on recovery capabilities , injury risk …. hopefully that helps clear stuff up for a lot of people.
When you see me change the stimulus , try to look at what is potentially driving that MOMENTARY AUTOregulation 🙂
