I didn’t drop back off from yday which was odd, but I should defo be stable now with test / estro and we aren’t adjusting that . So we know now it’s just fat loss
Training day is reduction in 40c and 10f and we are putting 60mcg clen back in.
I was a bit softer in the video this morn than I wanted to be. So defo need a serious week to see a nice chunk of detail come in

Just chucked up this weeks pic on my insta story chaps. Really happy with that shot today .
Really happy with today’s session too, was v hard .
I think I maybe able to do some bent over work next week on the wed.
Monday I’m going to do heavy legs and then do delts / triceps a bit lighter after it
I basically want to train my legs 3 times next week and for the next few weeks as I’m now fit enough to maximise 15-20 rep work and fail. This always does wonders for my legs . Then il pull back to twice a week work again just before recovery slides 🙂 🙂
So Monday will be:
Seated Ham rest pause 15 rep fail to start
Sissy squat x 3 heavy 6-9 rep stuff
Leg exten x 2 heavy 6-9
Lying Ham 1 set of 10ish
Adductor rest pause
Then delt/ tri stuff probably 15 rep workWill auto regulate as I go but today was lots of fun

What is funny is 2009 when I first competed I really wanted to win!
2010/11/12/13/14 , I didn’t care at all, all I wanted was to get to the size I have aspired to . I shouldn’t of even competed in those years on reflection . Dan pre 2015 absolutely yes. After that nope it’s not factored as I have wanted to win and that’s showed I think.
2015 Milos prep I pulled 60 pounds in 12 weeks, hardest prep of my life ,
I held nothing back. I hit very good condition we just started too fat . Peaking on the day cost me the win for sure.2016 Dr Scott prep, 286-245 , amazing prep and I held nothing back. Again I was super lean. Just needed a bit more off but I held muscle well, I was v pleased with that end look. Peaking in the heat after travel wasn’t quite bang on, but still pleased
Last year just too many mistakes on my part , too much Pgf, too many steps , losing connection in leg sessions. But I defo didn’t hold back .
I like working with coaches who really care and take the time to think about things. That’s why I picked the previous coaches and then why I’m working with Stefan now .

But to also add, Sas has hit the best condition in this thread of anyone , so it’s possible that in some cases, fasted cardio is notably more efficient . Literature and real world results are sometimes different 🙂

My take is that fasted cardio burns ever so slightly more fat than fed. The difference being so negligible , that I would rather focus on being fed and offsetting muscle protein breakdown , and then our overall caloric deficit for the day dictates fat loss

Can defo deplete glycogen in legs . I don’t do hiit as my legs wouldn’t last at all. Some ppl are resilient to it more so than others

Defo not a must , when carbs are very low I would rather eat them. I think some eaa / complete proteins during is always useful however

I’m now 268 and they are baggy so you just feel flat from that crap alone I think . But either way , performance is still gd , apart from the iffy push session which I knew was coming . So just gotta keep coming down until all the detail is there. I want to win more than I want to “

Today 268So am really pleased to of made another 3
Pound drop this week despite test going up and letro coming out and clen coming out .I don’t think il drop much more this week as my rest days are a fair hit of carbs for my activity levels so I will likely go back up tmo then drop back down again after tmos sessions .
3 pound a week drops for the next few weeks would be lovely tbh, a few more of those and will be in a superb spot
