The only time I have ever followed someone else’s training programming was when I worked with Dr Scott in 2012/2013 , he taught me a lot about more In depth stuff low volume , dc style , and I got a better grasp of programming from then. And then again in 2016 Dr Scott I followed FT . Scott is one of the best coaches in the world at understanding programming imo. FT is pure genius really

I never did giant sets / high volume . I trained my style . Milos ran drugs and nutrition . ( it’s all covered on this site , you can read back in the 2015 logs to see the sessions , basically the same stuff that I do now ) .

I think when ur a bit broken ,it’s a must to train intuitively , as you can’t pre plan how much your body will co operate , so on days it feels gd you can push.
I think getting to the size sas has, this will be imposs. You must remember Sas has benched 200×10 , leg pressed as much weight as u can fit on. Shoulder presses the 60s for 15 reps . He focused on getting super strong and progressing his lifts . Once ur there it’s then a v diff story and you can be much more intuitive

Rotties this a bit like ur last question about cardio matey. It’s a case of it depends , prep is generally a case of doing what needs to be done. Atm there is no carb cycling amongst training days. Will we have to, maybe , it depends . Just like will we have to use cardio, maybe – it depends. Hopefully that helps give you some insight to the perspective on the prep.

John is great and I think his training is really well suited to ensure you stay injury free. I personally wouldn’t grow on that volume and approach as I have built my physique by getting incredibly strong ( not saying John isn’t strong , as he is, but it’s not his focus ) . I think for 35 plus year olds they are a v gd way to train

Joe I never got bad enough to need it . Sessions were hard but I was still pretty ok. I got through them .

Great session today , adjusted it somewhat to keep it to 2 hours , I don’t like being in there longer as I just feel smashed
Deads 320 x 2 ( collar popped off , would of pulled 6/7 reps im sure based on how the first 2 felt ) did it for 2 more sets of 4 after that.
Then did 270 x 10
Then did paused stiff legs , hovering the bar off the floor 220 for 7/7Pulldowns rest paused 11-4-2
Lat stretchLying Ham curl rest paused 9-3-2
Leg press banded 13/8
Banded sissy squat 10/10
Leg extension superset leg raise 12 and 10 / 8 and 10
Abductor rest pause 18-6-4-3

Atm it’s v low , it will defo stay lower than last year. I was walking too much .
A big issue as to why I get very flat also is when I come down a lot in weight my fitness improves so much that I can train harder and harder that I just flatten myself out , so this also needs to be controlled

I haven’t previously taken t3 to 37.5 for a gd few years so this will be interesting to see the impacts.

277 , so took off 14 this first week. No diet change from page 58 diet , just increase clen from 40-80 / day and t3 from 25 – 37.5 / day
