I have some seo , I think it’s painless pumps . I will jimmy up my biceps a bit at the end , last couple weeks, just to give them an extra peak – I say I will do that for every comp but haven’t actually ever done it haha, but I will try to make myself – just hate putting that pressure on the bicep tendons , it does make the front double look better
With just the bit more oomph to the bicep though . No pgf needed , last year using it evened out my fat a lot! L carn I do like but 4ml injections pre and pwo , meh , I think I will skip it this time .trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

There are lots of things I want to do , but time is short- it feels , which makes it so hard. And then when i start prep I become less efficient business wise and more focused on prep. We can’t expand coaches wise from an online perspective as only corinne and I know how we like to coach , so that immediately provides a scalability issue . If something isn’t scaleable it’s generally a poor investment of time . But we shall see what can done 🙂

It seems like a lot of water for sure but every 300 + pounder would drop the same , be the same as a 220-230 pounder dropping 5-6 pounds water as they start prep. Totally normal

T4 works, full stop. The dose is dependent on a lot of factors and that’s more the appropriate question to be asking , what doses of t4 have people used

This time it’s diff as I travelled , so was flat and crap looking when came home . But usually yes when lean, changing compounds u would then look a whole step forward better instantly

All 3 compounds go in one barrel, never ever a problem. For some any tren at all kills it. Easy solution there is take some and see what happens 🙂
