One of the things i really highly respect Luke for is his want to work . When he said he was going to La, he didn’t moan or act as if it was hassle , just genuinely happy to be part of something that he loves to do. This is rare now I think. James is the same way, never takes anything for granted and just wants to work for the brands that support him.

I do find it odd that we have all been lead to believe high test to be a must , or test to be the highest of the compounds we use. I stopped thinking like that in regards to absolutes a while ago and started to feel much better all the time when using steroids

The only exercise in my regime atm where I’m still lifting slow is my high and wide leg press as just feeling that out and trying to learn how to do that with downward intention and keep the tension off the quads , it really leaves me sore the next day in diff spots which is cool

I don’t think there will be a diff in honesty between eaa and pepto pro. Specially with a decent protein meal before and after training , so defo save the cash there.

Blood pressure increased.Luke has some v interesting genetic capabilities that I have witnessed since we have been friends. Nothing ever stops him eating and he can EAT! When we go for food, it’s always pretty funny as we order a lot , and he usually finishes mine lol . He never feels the body weight he carries , and he never feels bad on drugs . These 3 are HUGE factors to being an incredible pro. So combine that with his work rate and desire to push hard and be the best, and you have a potential top 6 Olympian waiting to happen. I think him and Sas are both truly capable of that

Question, that’s a gd question. So we all metabolise diff macros at diff rates based on our metabolism and ability to utilise fuel. Fats, are essential to a certain point, and that point I would say is around 50-60g a day max, beyond that, they pose no further benefits in regards to their role in the body. So if we have x amount of cals available to us, utilising the majority of our fuel from carbs, is certainly going to help build more muscle, fuel better training.trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

I have mentioned it a lot that I’m doing cardio every rest day for fitness atm while I push up in weight , I’m more than happy to answer questions but when I have already given the info , it’s tiresome , so if I’m making the effort to put out the content , I think at least watching it before asking questions is likely going to be the best approach 🙂 . That’s certainly what I would do anyways . I don’t take progress shots, I post up when I have something to show . Insta has turned into a huge self gratification , ppl post their pics every day for someone to reassure them they look gd! I train covered up, I don’t care for progress shots until it’s time to show you something that hasn’t already been shown. That’s my take anyways 🙂

But in answer to your question, that’s totally fine matey and what I personally will do in a few years time. Just 250 year round and if feel like training extra hard for a bit , add a little more.

Watch the last 6 weeks of training vids and I discuss how it just moves to slightly more specific work . I cover literally everything if your reading the blogs and watching the vids , I don’t ever miss a thing out in regards to what I’m doing , eating , taking , thinking . Just gotta watch them all if u want to know what’s going on

Next week will pull 310 for 3/3/5 , and then week after that
270 for 8/10
300 for 5/7
315 for 3/5
Then 290 for 8
320 for 5
342.5 for 3Then il start the block again. I won’t hit a 400 pull this year , I will have it next year
