You could in theory get away with it if you really don’t like injecting , but ideally twice a week for a test e cycle. When I cruise , or have cruised on trt doses or a cycle of 400 test I have ran one shot per week just to give my self a break from injecting

Ah ye buddy it’s a huge change and step forwArd. As it means I can still support the PCA and promote that fed as imo that is the best path for any uk bodybuilder looking to enjoy shows and grow and develop until they are maybe ready to try to become an IFBB pro or to progress as a PCA pro . So it’s a v cool and positive move:)

also in regards to vids guys, I’m with Stefan end of October as he is over for the universe with my two good Austrians friends Michael and Kevin, ( kevin is doing the uni and he looks fucking ridiculous) , Michael is who took me over to Austria last year to do a seminar which is where I first met Stefan. was v interesting actually as I was taking this seminar, and it lasted about 3 hours and as it went on I realised Stefan really REALLY knew his stuff, then after that he took me to an xmas market and we talked for a gd 2-3 hours about bodybuilding. he then brought Corinne over to guest pose at Austrian nationals this year and again I got to spend more time with him, we went for burger and ice cream and talked for hours. genuinely these are amazing people, and I am really pleased to of met them and get to spend time with them. so il get some vids done with Stefan and there will be lots you can learn from him.
I’m over in tampa end of year too , i have some business with a sup company in florida ( will announce soon) and while I’m there i will spend some time with Joe Bennet, for those that aren’t on his site, i really urge you to join in, he is just such a smart chap, i LOVE talking training with him so much. we have abour 90 mins of voice notes back and forth so far on whats app covering lots of stuff. it would be gd to get some of that kind of discussion on camera, as his knowledge in that field is superior to mine when it comes to strength curves, exercise profiles and selection. so i don’t want to repeat his stuff as if its my own, id rather you learnt from him

this looks great to me, I would personally sit in a surplus a little longer, I like the idea of 8-10 up and 5-7 week tidy up. adjusting ur volume and intensity is v dependant, but you need to asses the impacts on your strength in those last few weeks of the cut, and if turning the sessions into too much metabolic work then makes it hard to transition back into a bulk and ensure strength keeps moving in the forward direction

lagging parts come down to, pushing ur weight up and getting strong using those muscles. so picking exercises that ensure the target is on the specific muscle you want to grow. I think exercise selection is really important more so than splits, exercises that safely allow you to get crazy strong compared to your start strength, is what will reap the most progress

Patrick, strength shop single ply but its my goal to get rid of them, not put them on for the last few weeks 🙂 , elbow pain Is nearly gone
my training volume wont change much, nor will set up or most of my exercise selection, tbh u wont SEE much of a change to anything, its just internal cues. only things u will defo see me stop doing is heavy dumbbell laterals, they were dumb, and any tricep iso work that was too heavy as that was beating up my elbows. my hamstring iso work will be lighter too. everything else is much the same. just aiming for even more accurate lifting, just the same stuff I have said about 10 times over in the last week or so lol. so you will see me do all the same stuff, but striving for perfection in my lifting, while getting stronger than ever…il talk through some of the coaching points as I go when we film. I’m filming this thurs and fri so will start getting the content flowing for you guys again, the slight video lul this week has just been me fucking tired lol
Stefan and my plan is to push my cals up, get healthy, not get too fat, try to gain a couple pounds muscle , focus on improving the areas I need better, glutes/hams/calves/abs.v nice to have someone to talk things through with atm when tired and stressed from a longggg diet which has defo left me broken.
I’m just tyring to work out my recovery atm as ever this needs auto adjusting and because I’m smashed, for the next few sessions il run 2 days on 1 off with training. again I will regulate this as I go based on feel. I need to rest totally for a few days as v light weights feel v heavy. 65kg dumbbell press was v hard. so need to freshen up with some days off and then take me a couple weeks to get my strength back up and then we are off.
I am so determined to take an ifbb pro card next year, SO SO determined. so everyday will make sure my decisions reflect that goal, I wont over eat nor under eat, I wont binge or train poorly, if you vocalise a goal…your actions must reflect it. Corinne and I laugh at each other when we vocalise a goal too much, and we remind each other what we are doing ” words , words, words, words” , is often what we will say to each other. words are cheap! talk is cheap! no one cares for words, its the actions day in day out that make you better. less talk…more do! so less words, il crack on with showing you 🙂
I was 258 this morn, 255 yday. so I’m still hovering around here. my rough goal is 270ish over the next 12 weeks. then assess if I’m better at 270 then than I was pre prep this time. I should be if can work hard enough. then decide if that look is gd enough to prep, or if we do a mini tidy up for 6 weeks back to 258/260, then push up again to 275-280 , which would defo be then a gd enough start point to prep. so we are looking at
oct/nov/dec push to 270ish
jan/fed tidy up 258ish
march/april/may 275-280 ish
june start prep, pick a show that offers a card.macros are

luke, i think il fade too much from here, it just would be a flop, if i pull off now i can improve, set myself up to hit that condition
Stefan will help me with diet and drugs, i do my training always, atm I’m bouncing my training ideas off Joe Bennett, who is the head trainer at bpaks gym. Joe is v smart and we share the same love for training, so its been fun chatting some of my ideas through with him as we are v much on the same page
ye i thought about aceto, but Stefan really is v gd, he may not of worked with as many top pros as Aceto, but Stefan has an incredible mind and a big factor – i trust him. trusting your coach gives a fuck is THE most important thing. they can be the smartest coach ever, but if they don’t care, its pointless.
i think the goal is max load with as strict form as poss, and this will vary person to person depending on results. if something is growing well, run with it. if u reach a point where getting stronger is dangerous ( my case) , i need to back off and challenge the muscle more so rather than just add load. basically my goal is to get back to 8 plates with fucking absurd connection with my muscles.

update for u guys, so my body is just exhausted. I’m training really damn hard and giving it everything but after 20 weeks diet i need to call this one a day as i can see I’m going to fade way too much. i need 12-13 weeks in a surplus before i go again. so that’s what I’m gonna do.
I’m still hovering around 255, so I’m going to let my body weight creep back upto circa 270, like i said before focus hard on weaknesses. i have decided to go back on something i said previously and let someone take the reigns for the next one, as at the end it was v hard to enjoy things when being so stressed with decision making. so i will hook up with my Austrian friend Stefan Kienzl who i have mentioned before as being the best coach i have ever met. Corinne is an unreal coach, but we are just too close and when I’m in the dog end of prep I’m just too much of a dick to totally listen to her. so in that moment when its important to have help, i think Stefan can help me v well.

james, sleep and rest and drink tons of water until its gone, eat what u can manage. I literally stay in bed until I’m well. I was SO ill after my trip to ohio this year, I spent a week in bed to shift it and ate soup and bread for the week

Stephen, the reason I didn’t look like how I wanted before korea is because I have ridiculous standards. I looked the best I ever have, still wanted to be better. nothing to do with diet, training, drugs. just me, my goals, my outlook on progress. for most it would of been a v happy moment, to look bigger and leaner than the previous year, for me it wasn’t enough…. which is wwhy il keep getting bigger and better
ditz, gd question but in honesty I think I just got v gd at making my form look gd… but I still wasn’t in total control of the loads. sure my form was better than 90percent of ppl, but most ppl we see in the gym lift like total wank. the last couple weeks I have lifted with TOTAL control, I am actially getting much stronger at it, really damn fast, I did 5 plates on the hack low narrow stance, no sleeves, total contraction lifting. that really surprised me, I got off the hack and my vmo were so pumped, my quads were swollen from one set, I had managed to recruit everything so much more efficiently. so ye, taken on small step back in load, but its working. the issue often I see is guys re correct form then just go nowhere with progress , or they get strong again by shifting back to old form. I want to be stuoidly fucking strong with total control through the whole set, so lets say on a negative, at any point of the rep, you went stop, I could stop immediately. that is control!

rotties, full range presses are great for me, incline barbell I dock a little short as then I don’t feel in my chest. hacks/leg presses will depend on the goal of that movement, il go deep if I’m trying to emphasise ham/adductor, a little less deep for quads.
Tristan, I don’t really over think stuff, I just go to work. all the sets are hard, once ur lifting heavy loads and trying to keep form immaculate. but I mea what else are you going to do?…not do the set, not try in the set. its about 60-90 seconds of work then its done. so sometimes when I’m really tired in a prep, and I have 15-20 rep sets, I think, just start asap, sooner u start sooner its done. but most of the time it doesn’t come into my mind as I enjoy them
