luke I’m going to try to use no steps at ALL 🙂 , 254.8 today so down a pound. once my weight stalls on these cals, i predict maybe 252 ish, il lower cals only, keep to v little steps and save it all for in the gym. i think i can stay on these cals a week more, maybe 2 and chip down a little. my plan is to not really re add stims at all apart from the last 2-3 weeks and when i do, add them v low dose, start on 1 cap of double tap instead of 3. I’m limiting myself to one coffee a day with my pre wo meal. i went all of wed n thurs without caffeine and that wasn’t fun at all haha. one coffee pre wo is nice 🙂
I’m going to stay off the scales until next weekend, and just enjoy my training this week and work as hard as poss and then adjust from next weekend based on what i have dropped/if any.

absolutely NOT ukbff , no real confusion tbh, ukbff after thr brits have no pro cards to give and ae then nothing to do with ifbb. if i want an ifbb pro card, ukbff isn’t the way to get it. ukbff are now just a stand alone fed with no affiliation to anyone.

i use mostly humatrope but my source is about to go on that, so it maybe saizen soon, but i need to run blood work on it first as i don’t totally trust it… Corinne uses ansamone as she likes that best, notices a diff on it best

thanks luke, i talked over my plans with Corinne, those diet numbers are only for this week, next week il pull the carbs down again, once i see where my energy balance settles with clen n steps out

morning guys, ah the last couple days have taking lots of thinking to come to best decisions. its funny, i posed, and carried on with the session, that was filmed, i talked a bit about not being happy with aspects, by the end of the session i had decided not to compete, and then i explain in the video, so u guys will see that tmo.
i was happy with a lot of things however, i am much bigger! i was 252 in that vid and stll v flat through my back, i would of looked better again at 255/256 . so it showed how flat i was at 246 baseline, 10 pounds needed to fill up properly. so defo gained a lot of muscle i thik that was clear just from looking. BUT I’m still not peeled. I’m leaner than ever, but its not enough. i want more, i want to show u and myself just what i can do 🙂

once I’m fresh in a couple weeks we will frop the hammer on this and get nasty nasry peeled. the condition that when someone walks out…its game over. i can do that from here, mentally i can do it. physically my body just needs to chill. i slept for 10 hours solid last night

George, that’s on my list to add post show, I’m don’t like to add stuff this closr to shows, I’m super consistent with everything , amount I drink, sleep, salt, amount of ketchup I have lol, I don’t have ocd….but in prep I execute things like I do, adding stuff would stress me out, but thank u, I’m defo on it soon, as its going to take A LOT of food this offseason I fear seeing as my carbs haven’t exactly ended low n I’m pretty damn lean, I’m actually nervous for how much food it will take and just how overwhelming this will be on my gut, plus side, I will stay lean lol, as I physically wont be able to eat it lol

so i will stop my gh from today, i was going to keep it in but it holds water in my gut, and I’m still a bit bloated so i need to pull it to help me. I’m going to drop my test e from today too, same reason, i don’t want to drop the test, but id rather be flatter and have a smaller midsection, than full and bloated…we all know i MUST have a tight midsection onstage, i have done so well to get it better but it seems the pgf fucked me up as since i have stopped, i barely go to toilet in comparison and I’m just backed up and a bit swole in my midsection…. hey ho, i know not to use that dose next time.
I’m heading to London tmo, training legs in ripped at my old gym, and then push Monday. il take some progress shots for u guys, the first ones in over a year!!! fuck I’m nervous tbh haha, more nervous for them than the comp. as progress means everything to me, not so much the result of the comp, and well progress shots will show your investments for the last year. so if u don’t see me post any to ig, u know I’m not happy haha

body weight the same, pull today. I had a really bad ibs flare up last night, my stomach is v v distended today, its been progressively getting worse since I dropped the pgf.

luke, I think they prob wll bounce back, I have managed to pull them back up a bit already from backing off the steps. so when I shut those down next week they prob will fill up a lot. I just have an obsession with wanting ridiculous legs haha

craig, I think all the top guys had their training set up perfectly for them, over the years if doing this, one autoregulates based on what u see working, when they build THAT much muscle, its because they have adjusted and adjusted and adjusted to keep forcing adaptations until they are just monstrous, the autoregulations are always v subtle, taking place over years. like my training on the whole doesn’t change too much, I have ran the push pull legs split for over a year now, before that I ran fortitude for a year, my exercise selection doesn’t change too much just alter slightly the frequency;volume that things are trained at based on progress at that given time.
mark, sets with diff rep ranges imo, working to failure on both sets, no feeder sets, just warm ups. this works best for most from my observations. I see most gym goers working upto top sets, most have little muscle mass.

so yday was rest day, I’m at the point where I hate rest days, but it was needed as my body is pretty smashed up even though mentally I am very focused.
246.6 today, lightest weight this prep.

running the same diet as upper bod the other day, so no bagels pre and post post, just the 40g carbs from rice. I am flattttt , I wont be filling back up until next week, I was hoping to sneak in a high day to ensure gd gym performance, but I’m so close to being in really really gd shape, that I need to push on, I think its literally a couple pounds max and il be v happy and ready to load.

so legs today was gd, but i still didn’t like the squats in regards to leg recruitment. i think no matter how i try, the bar, stance, eccentric control, pauses, i am not going to feel the barbell squat in the same way i can activate in a hack or leg press. so .. I’m staying clear. i keep trying and always feel the same. so not matter how romantic an exercise may be, even the king of the lifts… if it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it

jdh, no , my plan is the same as ever , to get REALLY STRONG , but with 4 second eccentrics , and dirving hard through the footplate.
so , this worries me when i put out stuff like i did, as i know people will misconstrue it. i tried really hard to make a huge disclaimer in that vid, that my general philosophy doesn’t change, it never will, loading is king, but this is just a reminder to myself, and others that loading without immaculate control of the weights isn’t effective.
so initially u will see me do some stuff that I’m not strong at, dpnt think this is my lifting light, this is just me not strong YET at these things. i adapt fast when i focus on things i haven’t done before. so narrow low foot stance is veryvery weak for me compared to my power position foot stance, so its going to look like I’m lifting light, but for now this is all i can lift, my goal will be to double my strength on these new mechanical position and just see what happens. so…. to summarise, and save any further confusion…the goal…as ever , is to VERY strong, with perfect form, on moves/positions that i don’t often do. i hope that clears any further questions up 🙂
