hey tim, i have no issue ever just stopping, I’m tired for the week post show so I’m sure to sleep a lot. i think ppl make that post show feeling WAY worse by binging, i wont over eat at all, i will go strsaight into my rebound diet the day after my comp, i usually don’t even eat the night after comps anymore as I’m just too tired to care, its the food and weight gain that fucks ppl usually post show and kills them with lethargy. will take only a week to feel ok again if u deload properly in the week post show and focus on lots of quality food, if ur hungry TONS of veggies and meat to fill up to ensure u don’t binge.

the push n pull will stay much the same, maybe alter some aspects to rest pause. I have a few ideas that I’m still working out. but the priority for me is just to get fucking stupid looking legs. i want those suckers back over 30 inches asap. my goal really is to have world class legs next year 🙂

foxy, good eccentrics, keep to 3-4 seconds, drive the foot plate away as u lift the concentric 🙂
upper bod was gd but felt long! so I think I’m going to have to break it up. I badly want to hit legs at 2 x per week frequency, so that is a must , so I will likely run

restjust allows me to break those upper body sessions up in the middle of the week to get all the work done.
I will rest tmo, then run the next 3 days as legs, push, pull then rest again. I need to decide if to lower my carbs one more time, I think I likely will, just to be sure I get down that bit more

it depends if the additional volume pushes u above ur recovery capabilities. try it and see, I think its the only way to know, some then just cant recover with more output but can recover fine on less cals

doing an upper body session today, my weight held from yday into today. mostly from eating lots of meat/veggies so felt backed up. things looked improved again condition wise.
60p/20f , whey and almond butter , plus 2g omegas, 1g krill, 1gevening primrose

Ali, I have v good control of my body, so I don’t have to spend anytime lifting ”light” , to just be mindful of driving through my feet a touch more. my leg work has built legs that went over 30inches, bigger than any of these guys teaching this stuff bar Ben, so again please don’t think I’m going to overhaul what I’m doing, I’m just saying…I will be more mindful when I’m tired and depleted to stay connected. I defo wont be adjusting my form for anything else, I have mastered lifting very heavy with better form than anyone else I know who lifts the loads I can do. I feel my hams need more sweep, and hang. so picking moves that I feel the most and staying connected with them is important. you wont see me doing 1 plate barbell rows or any wank like that, I will be hitting 5 plate rows for 12 reps with great form , it wont be ” perfect” in regards to what initates the movement, does that matter … defo not for me 🙂 , altering/overhauling in that way would see muscle fall off me FAST. I have spent years getting very dense lifting the way I do, not a chance in hell I’m making a u turn on what I know works. get strong with great form, then get even stronger and stronger and stronger
jdh, I wont be altering any aspects of push and pull. get v strong, keep great eccentric control, keep hitting 4 plate incline barbell presses with 4 second eccentrics ..whats to change? 🙂 , only thing is it needs to be 5 plates
