if ur training super hard, and wanting to keep pushing up bodyweight, sure, eat them before bed. there is no diff in regards to eting carbs before bed or not, if u have created a demand for them. they wont be stored as fat for example if ur at cal maintenance or a deficit. if ur in a surplus, carbs before bed or not, u will gain some fat because ur in a surplus, that’s a must to gain muscle.

u need to elaborate a lot here, what do u need advise on? dropping body fat is simply about caloric deficit. do u know ur current caloric intake? if so, take away 200-300 , do u know ur current steps a day? if so increase by 1000-1500 . do both of those, u will drop 2-3 pounbds fat in a week. simples

pedro, I over did my steps, and I wasn’t being mindful enough of staying connected to my legs in the sessions. so they are down in volume , I can fix this next time, as I have said a few times over , less steps ( I have been able to drop still on 6000 on rest at this bodyweight, so for all my rest days been doing 1500 too many, that has emptied them out over the course of a prep.
restless in the evenings now, this is where I know tons of guys end up using Valium in the final week or so, just to keep their mind at ease, but I’m determined to steer clear from it. I will use fade out before bed which has helped me relax a lot once in bed, the theanine in it I think works as a nice anti stress tool

tom, no I don’t think so tbh bud, I think that this year there are dudes I just cant beat. I think if I can do what I hope for over the next year, stay that bit leaner again, improve certain areas, that I will be in with a legit shot at a card. ifbb pro would b v cool and I will get there, as I wont stop until I do 🙂 , but I’m just v realistic

cristos, ye I’m sure bits will change, its a constant auto regulation with volume and frequency anyways so il adjust that as I go, like usual until I settle into a sweet spot

rest today, I’m going to run same rest day diet, last time i wanted to pull back my steps and i did from 7500=6000 , today i will be strict and not go over 5500. i kno il still get a drop into tmo.
