erm never say never, but I’m very content in the uk. i love british bodybuilding. Redcon are a superb brand, I’m using more of their product again atm as their pre workouts and fat burners are unreal, and the sleep product too…. they are all so perfect for the last 4-5 weeks of a prep.

Dan, I just wont be gd enough this year bud. I am a step forward I know that, but not there yet. i think one more year again, one more year of pure focus, everyday staying on this tunnel vision and i could give it a crack next year 🙂

247.8 , so I dropped a touch into today. so I’m going to run food as is but just pull back on my steps a touch again. I ended up doing 6000 yday, tried my best to stop at 5500, I will next time for sure.
so today, pull , not log booking, ensuring my connection with exercises is perfect, will go as heavy as I poss can while keeping perfect recruitment with no intertia, protecting muscle here I know is equally about loading as it is stimulation and I need to focus on internal measures rather than solely external measures.
steps from 5500 to 4500 today
60p/20f , whey and almond butter , plus 2g omegas, 1g krill, 1gevening primrose
60p/40c , fish, rice, veggies, greens shake

matt I just scrolled back and realised I missed ur post, I like cod 🙂 . and I’m not social buddy, I retreat big time. I like my own headspace, I am v tunnel vision at this point and instead of boring ppl with what I’m thinking and feeling ( its way too selfish and self centred) I retreat. I am getting worse in this sense each year, possibly because it means more and more to me, and I feel that I’m getting closer to doing well at these comps. this is why I don’t like being disturbed in the gym at this point, those couple hours are my time to dedicate to the goal, if someone disturbs me when I’m in that headspace, I’m not very nice tbh, and I wont change that either, ppl need to learn to respect that is my time, and I will give all of myself to help ppl, outside of those 2 hours, so 22 hours I’m an open door, for 2 hours..dont even think about knocking on the fucking door haha.

MemberSeptember 9, 2017 at 4:49 pm in reply to: Ham and Glute focused workout in JP Styleput hams at start of session, ensure u are doing stiff leg deads. ensure ur eccentric loading is 3-4 seconds, if u have struggled to grow here, ur likely not recruiting them well, keep continuous tension on them for stuff legs, then get storng with that form.

I would hire some of the guys at m10 Nottingham. they will teach you how to initiate lifts properly and connect with muscles, then from there u want to get strong like how I prescribe. prior to knowing how to connect, getting strong is useless

I will defo vlog everything , I did that last year for brazil but I want this one to be better 🙂
eymen, the smooth muscle relaxant aspect causes a g.i emptying . I will load for 2 days, likely 1200g carbs day 1. my water intake will be 7-8 litres all week, until day 1 of loadng and il reduce my water to 4 litres. day 2 I will decrease my water again to 2 litres and carbs will be whatever is needed to get that bit more fullness. I will then have quarter dyazides to hand to use in the eve before the show, based on how full I am. show day il run 250ml water per meal, food of maybe 50-60g carbs per meal provided I managed to get full enough.

Jan, yup defo, I’m getting close to the best i can possibly look this year, so il take some snaps. its funny as i haven’t seen a full posing pic of myself either, i have no idea how myrear double looks or front shots look in pics. hopefully it will show the last year of hard work has produced some change 🙂 .
pedro, i deload diff everysingle time based on circumstance. i will of used diuretics, travelled to korea then home, finished a 19 week prep and have no body fat left…. I’m just gonna pump stuff up for this one haha 🙂

morning guys n girls, was up at 5am as per this morn took some double tap powder by redcon pineapple flavour is fucking tasty, posed for 3 rounds… 248.4 , hams are starting to split In the rear shot, this is what I was looking for! now need that detail to get deeper. glutes are still holding a pinch, but body will mobilise those last bits from here.
normal rest day diet today as per previous diet posts. steps back a touch to 5000 today. hoping to only drop a touch into tmo. i am very flat and ydays training was weak! so just small drops ideally needed

ash, i think keeping a connection with muscles is mega important, if can do that with high loading when tired and depleted that’s perfect, if not, drop the load and stay connected. stimulation at the end of the day is the goal.
aaron, last night i used fade out by redcon, look up the ingredients , v gd product, not many of them have gaba and melatonin and phenibut all in one. slept superbly, i save sleep products just for the v end of diet when I’m lean lean.
rob, maybe 15 pounds. depends if i grow faster, which i doubt i will. the weight will just be fat and water if goes on faster
pedro, i use pepto pro in the night currently, the rest of those point are so minor, they are basically void in real life. great on paper and accurate science though 🙂

i stopped all insulin a few weeks back, i slowly dropped it from diff parts of the prep as i went, pulled it from all pre wo i think about 10 weeks out then after that dropped it from push post, then pull post and kept it in just around legs, then dropped that too. could i of kept it in, maybe… when i do mini diets next year il keep it in just to see.
i will deload the week after show. i will do 3 full body sessions, mon before i fly home, wed and fri, total rest that weekend. then back to work… make the most of a lean start point and see how much progress can be made with a weight cap of 270. my deload sessions will be 1-2 straight sets per body part, 12-15 reps, perfect reps, hard contractions, nothing to failure, no real hard exercises either. so basically just pump stuff up get a sweat and keep muscles ticking over ready to work. i should be able to drop off most of the fatigue in a week, as all i will do is sleep all day, between emails etc. zero steps . i will pick back up my new diet immediately, i will add 36 g fat and 50g carbs to my rest day, most of the energy balance shift will come from dropping clen and no steps, if i get hungry i will eat more veg.
training day, i think tbh il just crank my carbs straight upto 800g for leg day and 600g for upper body day. and hopefully that’s enough to get me going and gaining weight.
249.8 again , so yday diet did exactly what i want, held me.
today the diet as laid out so less food than yday again I’m happy to hold here into tmo if poss. as i know the rest days will drop me a touch.

I’m just trying to decrease cns stress, i prob wouldn’t change ur training close to a comp, i go by feel, this feels right. i wouldn’t advise a client to chnage
