rob , defo buddy. its basically just ensuring muscle and strength holds ready for food to grow for sure. there are some aspects that need addressing, I need to tidy up some lifts even more imo. specifically some ham work and quad work, just ensuring I’m initating with the correct muscles, but aside from that I will roll into offseason and look to push on strength wise. I have pretty much held all tissue this prep, the steps have flattened off my legs and not training them quite as frequently I feel, has let the suck down a touch. which is annoying, but I can fix this next time for sure, with even more accurate leg training, starting prep a touch leaner and not quite doing as many steps. so u guys will see me maybe initially reduce the load on some of my leg lifts and then rebulld that strength

hey guys, going to auto adjust diet daily as needed now, so tmo leg day will just be a touch more food than I anticipated which is cool, and just a touch less steps and il see how I respond to it, so 4000 steps and the following food
540p/ 542c ( counting extras in whey, greens too ) / 38f ( counting efas ) 4670 cals.
60p/20f , whey and almond butter , plus 2g omegas, 1g krill, 1gevening primrose
60p/40c , fish, rice, veggies, greens shake , + 1 bagel and 4g fat from butter
pre wo total war atm plus big noise ( got both now whoop)
intra 80p / 100c pepto pro and raging full
pwo 100p / 252 c fish, bagel and jam, cocopops, rice, sorbet

the frequency is all I will need Luke, I will take my bodyweight up and get stronger thav have ever been with even stricter form, only one outcome there. trumps volume ALL day, this is what I constantly say, focusing on volume is flawed. focus on execution and strength with perfect execution
my upper 1 would only have 1 chest rest pause move, lets say a mid incline smith press, on a wed. I could only do one all out rest pause for a press here as its only 3 sleeps until I would hit that bodypart again. I would then do back width rest pause after just the 1 press move. so barely takes away what I can hit for back, then 3 sets of a back thickness move, likely a bent row but SUPER strict from, because I will of deadlifted 2 days prior, so it will be the most locked in rows possible, literally no initiating from any other than lats/mid back, as I don’t need it to target anything but those. the second upper session would have high incline rest pause and narrow grip rest pause, it has 2 moves as I get 4 sleeps back until the main press again.
layout wise
mon : deadlifts, hams/glutes , light quads
wed ; upper bod with 1 chest move, 2 back moves
fri : quads , light hams
sat : upper bod with light high incline , narrow grip and back moves…
josh, in this instance I will use basmati rice, ground rice, jam, honey mostly , as I need to control the sodium

dane, that would be a really bad idea, here is why:
18 days to the show, I could double or triple my oral intake and still have my liver values recover in 8 weeks post show
I have moved my orals to ed use ( review last post that covered my drugs) – this is for the aeasthetic benefits, harder/drier – why would I pull them 18 days out
the orals are still doing an incredible job holding my strength, remember I am VERY strong, holding my peak strength at stage ready condition would be physically imposs, so the orals have been unreal at helping – so why would I pull them
hope that covers that 🙂I didn’t disagree terms with Redcon, I just didn’t have time. my contract was gd and generous and the supps were awesome. but I was in the thick of my masters, just moved house, just moved gyms, my coaching and the site here was growing so my time needed to be on those. I have had offers all year from numerous companies to sign but I like being impartial tbh. il just use what I like, and I like the redcon stuff , so il use them, but equally I like raging full anf genetic pepto pro and rfeflex whey, so il use all those too. transparency Is key here imo.
josh , no idea re percent, not lean to peeled..u can make up the numbers for whatever u think that will be lol. 278 highest offseason weight, lowest I foresee myself going pre carb up is 245. 33 pound weight loss. id like to have this a little less next time, 25-28 pound loss and only have to prep for 15-6 weeks opposed to 19, would be really nice. and big noise is no stim, awesome product.

252.4 , rest day. my legs look flat and skinny and battered, this annoys me but I still need to push to get everything off my glutes, I have a pinch on them that needs to go.been contemplating my rebound training a lot. I have been on this push pull set up for a year now and its amazing but I feel like a phase of touch higher frequency as calories increase, is going to allow for a step forward in progress rather fast…obv the more often u train something and it fully recovers ready for the next session, the more it grows.
so first 6 weeks post show il run upper/lower split. priority is hammies, glutes, abs and calves.

josh, stims blunt my appetite, i have to eat stupid amounts in offseason to grow, so i don’t do anything that impedes that ability to consume calores
i sweat a lot when i train alwas so that isn’t new for me, i don’t cramp. taurine helps a lot
i think there will be a uk stockist soon from what i have heard. hopefully anyways as i want to get more of the bits again

I’m using double tap powder on wake everyday, that stuff is just awesome seriously. then pre wo today i combined total war and big noise, HOLY shit the combo is epic. obv post show i wont use total war or double tap. but id use big noise. intra still on AD raging full and pepto pro – my fav combo. i have been playing with lots of the fat burners and pre wo on the market. i like anth bailes maxxmuscle one, v gd. Ads shredabull is excellent. but for the strongest , total war and double tap. i spent a while reading the ingredients, redcon are label clear on theirs so we know how much of each, shredabull isn’t as clear which i don’t like as i want to know exact breakdowns, its obv an epic product but this bugs me

this is a 2014 LOG, DONT post in here. 3 rotations per sessions and aim to do them for 18 months! get very strong at them

Austin on quad compound moves i usually do higher rep set first, this has been the case with the seated leg press and vertical leg press. i have quad injuries that need to be super warm, so i do a v hard 12-15 rep set first, all out set to failure. then i rest a while, 5 mins or so. then take the weight up, make sure I’m fresh and do an 6-9 rep set. this allows me to still get in some quality loading but stay ibjury free.
254 today, my weight is hovering a bit since dropping the pgf, just leaving me holding onto fullness a little longer after the last high day, il have that dropped off in a few days and be sub 250 I’m sure. this is why i have adjust my diet away from fixed high day cycle on legs. that lasted for a gd month or so, which was great, now its back to refeeding if/when i need them. with pgf out, i wont get as flat, so less likely a need for them. the pgf with the sides drops off a lot of water, electrolytes. so sucks u down a fair bit… on hindsight, it was likely being a bit misleading as to what was fat loss and what was water loss. we shall see how long it takes to get back to 247 which is my baseline, and then how much harder i have to push to get under that to be stage ready 🙂 . next time i wont dose the pgf as high or for aslong. i think its a useful tool, but i was seemingly over doing it and that can skew things. so got some cool learning in regards to use of that compound.

could well be a huge hit of sodium from that meal, try foods that are home cooked and control the sodium.

she did indeed out leg press me, i do go a fair bit deeper than her and mine were like 5 second eccentrics, so i think i probably totalled more time under load than her haha, but in terms of reps, she did beat me….crazy strong
