    imo, all gene testing kits are a waste of money. train hard, be accurate and consistent, the progress you make will be underpinned by your genetics sure, but ur actions will determine the extent to which you can maximise your genetic potential, so imo , gene testing kits are just money makers

    we have all been there buddy, i made msitakes too, which is why i have those videos up, to firstly help u backtrack on the mistakes like ur doing, and then stop others even making those initial mistakes. I’m really pleased you have recognised where you are at, as you can make huge progress on less drugs, once have a gd understanding of things.

    so, it depends really if you want to fully come off. if that is a goal to re establish hpta function. if not, cruise on 200-250mg test, for 12 or so weeks. run blood work and then can go again

    dependant on what u have taken to get to where you are, I’m hoping, you haven’t pushed toooo hard and you can still grow on 300-400 test, 300-400 tren and 400-500 primo.

    i drop mine, helps keep sensitivity to clen too, at any chance to drop it i will, from a health perspective if can keep sesntivity , will need less dose, which is v much a sensible approach with the potential negative effects clen can have on the heart

    ellis i went to 120, i must of forgot to add it, and no, I’m mega resilient to clen 🙂

    john, i like kale and spinach mostly. and then courgette. and yup defo, but if food choices across the diet on a whole are all ok to eat, not tons of meat, splitting some meals up with whey/meat , easy to digest sources, all should be ok

    push today, great session. moved to some rest pause work and added in my 4th variation to push that will stay constant as i rebound now. 4 variations to each of these sessions should mean some nice longevity on this plan.

    i run my rest pauses 40 seconds between each failure point, i ensure the eccetrics are perfect. i fail always on an eccentric with the push work when i do rest pause sets, so at each failure point i go to concentric failure and have a small assist on that rep i cant complete alone, then i lower back down the eccentric and spotter then has to pull it off me. rest 40 seconds repeat, repeat then after the last assisted rep, lower down and stop at the mid point for 10 second iso hold.

    low incline smith, 8-3-2 plus 10 second iso
    high incline machine press 11-4-2, 10 second iso
    narrow grip standing press machine ( boy this was hard and i fucked my loading ) 6-1-1, couldn’t hold any iso
    pec dec 13 reps, 4 second eccentric 1 second stretch superset extreme chest stretch dc style
    lying dumbbell skulls rest pause, 4 second eccentrics, 1 second pause 14kg 16-5-3 into extreme tricep stretch
    cable laterals rest pause 15-7-4, into 10 partials
    shoulder stretch
    cable curl dual arm, cables behind body , rest pause 12-6-5, 10 second iso
    rope hammer curl, 12 reps , 4 second eccentric, 1 second peak contraction
    rope crunch 40 reps, 25 reps
    leg raise 20 reps, 20 reps

    changes for next week, 3 weeks out, lets drop the hammer on this now

    clen to 180mcg per day, all other drugs stay same

    I’m going to run a bit flat now and adjust my leg session to same as pull

    500p/ 452c ( counting extras in whey, greens too ) / 30f ( counting efas ) …4070 cals.

    ryna mine is because I’m jusg massively over trained, I’m still hitting pbs in training so body is just crippled, that coupled with increased orals, just shuts down my appetite. if i rested for a week and dropped my orals, hunger would prob peak. our metabolisms do slow when prep, that is fact for everyone, no ones metabolism speeds up that’s not possible.

    jim i really am not craving food this prep, last night by bed time i legit had to force in my last meal. every prep i do, i seem to crave food less and less and my focus is more on perfect decisions. when prepping urself, if ur craving food, i think ur in trouble tbh, u will fuck up decisions to make urself feel gd.

    personally yes i chin after. you can do it before if you wish. it depends how well you respond to the compound work. Corinne has to do hers before as she doesn’t respond to the compound rows and pulls like i do. i grow A LOT from a dead or row. so these are key, she is a huge deadlifter/rower but development doesn’t reflect that
