Luke I’m really happy to of got 3 weeks out of the cal change 🙂
I will pull some of the fats pre bed from 30-20. And il pull 1 of the rice crispy bars from post post AND Post . But add 10g carbs back in from cereal. So with the fats out of the crispy bars, and pre bed it’s 17f and 32c out on a training day – 281 cal drop. I will get a pound n half from that for sure maybe 2

Rest today. I am totally smashed from the last couple days training. This is week 4 since my rest. I can defo last 6 weeks at a push until I deload again. Next one il do 2 full body sessions over the week. One on say Monday and another Thursday- muscle rounds only . Just pump shit up and then be ready to go after that week. I’m actually thinking I won’t refeed until that week and il just bring my cals back up a touch so I totally recover. 2 and a bit more weeks to rattle through first. I already know what calorie changes il make next week, and re adding more anabolics too 🙂 . As that’s 6 weeks of cruising up

Ryan, typically I drop all orals, keep test low circa 500. Then use things that hold no water , so primo here I’m a big fan of and would always pick that over Eq . And then if didn’t push too hard in prep a little tren for the rebound still too. Everything else can be dropped. Rebound for maybe 6-7 weeks, then cruise , then go again. Perfect goal is by time u cruise ur still pretty lean. And then by end of cruise when re add drugs again still lean.

Scott, either/or really doesn’t matter . Pick 4 back moves and hammer them. I just like to change back and forth in that way, as feels gd to me. Put the exercises in whatever order feels right

Carlos, gd question , last offseason I did my rebound initially without slin and then added it when I cruise on anabolics. That seemed to work well and likely a tactic I will employ again this year post show

265.4 , chunk of weight fallen off last few days.
I don’t look or feel overly flat , just look leaner. So I’m happy with that. Next two training days, legs and push will see me put back on a couple pounds no doubt. I’m happy with the call to not change diet again this week. So this is the 3rd week on these cals 🙂trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |
