Her neat likely won’t even increase much more now. As she is active anyways. So now just reduce food. She was peeeld end of last year off no cardio. The cardio discussion I feel is often confused. Most ppl to get peeled will need cardio, mostly because they can’t stay as accurate as corinne does year round. And they can’t train as hard as she can. Or both. So cardio is needed. Imo if you don’t binge after diets ( which everyone does) and u train really really hard ( not many do) you can get by just fine without it. People just can’t do the not binging part based on my observations

Adam, hunger dependant for me tbh. If I get hungry il start swapping foods for things that have higher satiety. Last year I didn’t bother and kept bagels and cereal all the way in. I tend to just swap out the pepto pro for chicken and as I drop things like jam, have chicken bagels which are pretty filling post workout

273.6 , rest today . Ydays pull session has left me fucked up. The rack pulls broke me down. And lats have a great ache in them too 🙂 .
Hoping to be sub 273 tmo. I’m not changing my diet next week. So will be the same as last post. We fly to Vienna Thursday. As corinne is guest posing and I am judging at the Austrian national comp. I can’t wait to go as the Austrian bodybuilding crowd are amazing , really friendly and hard working guys and girls. I will train sat and sun there at my friend Micheal’s gym in Graffenworth ( I think I spelt that correctly )

I’m using mostly humatrope , 36ius . One of my v generous friends bought me a 72iu as a gift too ( best present ever ) . I then have some 36iu genotropin pens that I will get onto once have used up the humatrope. I do 2.4iu gh pre and pwo with 10iu insulin
I like the black tops and I like ansamone , corinne uses ansamone and really rates it. She uses 3-4iu a day during prep , split am and pm

I like to lower cals on a rest day. My calories reflect my activity , and training warrants more calories to recover

Go to toilet and down ur shake. Put oil in it for fats. Get a normal drinks bottle that is dark coloured too so they think ur drinking water.

As stated above.
Or literally run no carbs until intra workout shake and skip them from the pre wo meal also. You have stored glycogen so energy isn’t an issue. Insulin sensitivity will be increased from using carbs as you train and post workout only

Rob I don’t stretch outside the sessions unless I’m injured. It defo isn’t going to hinder you , so if you like to stretch then do it.
