Feet hurt so much that u can’t do the exercise? Or just hurt? I have shin splints and have calf and shin pain a lot, but I tend to just ignore it in the quest for bigger calves 🙂

It sounds like you know when is best already 🙂 , if ur at that point again, then time to deload. If ur pushing real hard, every 6 weeks having a back off week is great.

It’s likely the flat bench is just too similar to be in the same session. Maybe swap out the close grip bench for a narrow weighted press up. I find them a superb tricep move

Barry I would start watching all the videos possible and reading through lots of the questions on the forum and u will get pretty much all the answers to any questions you may have 🙂

That’s just a flat hammer strength press. That one is the heaviest of them all I find by far.
Eating to excess I’m sure can cause some gut issues and digestion issues, doing anything to excess usually has repercussions. It just is what it is. This is bodybuilding . Push as hard as u need to, to look how you want , or stop at a point that is healthier 🙂

Ben my goal really is to not stop these exercises much at all or the layout of them, or the rep ranges. I don’t want to change a thing. People change because it gets hard and they think they have stalled. So want a change , to make them feel better etc. I want to run the same set up for aslong as poss , and get v v strong by progressing my calories and

I think most people don’t grow these smaller body parts or any body parts because they don’t take their body weight up enough and then get lean enough while protecting strength. Take weight up 40 pounds ,

My calf work has been the same for a while , 1 set end of pull , 3 sets end of legs. Pull is high rep, legs is heavier

Hey guys, very busy body power weekend . Tried to hold my weight as best as possible, I was 276 last week, 272 this morn, so lost 4 pounds. I ate up as much as I physically could but was just too much walking really.

I have adjusted my food down this week to start dieting a little, despite being on a cruise anabolics wise , which for me isn’t anything like a trt / hrt cruise, doing 300 test / week and 400 primo . I feel assisted chins more in my lats . I am v strong at chins but I don’t think that always translates into max lat width growth for me personally . In the past I have progressed then the same as everything else, load + reps

Hey bud, Ye it’s just impossible to balance and keep form. So il go back to 12-15 reps for the first set and try to get stronger in that range now 🙂

Yup compete less often likely need less drugs I would say. I defo use more in the last phases of preps.
