Yes if can take progress somewhere that’s gd and then that’s a sign you need to maybe reduce the volume somewhere. Unless your dieting and then it’s a case of just dig in.

Hey ash, I’d have maybe 100g carbs intra and then yup a few pre is ok. Maybe 50g . Then look to push the rest post if u can 🙂

No I don’t take out sweetners/ colours. If u have no bodyfat you don’t hold water.

Adam I would have an all you can eat post workout carb meal where Aim to take in pretty much all the carbs poss between then and bed, over a 2 hour period can take in a gd 300-400g.

I’m pretty stumped by the tsh levels , so I’d look to get that re checked again in a couple months to see where it’s at. Be sure to be using curcumin to help with ldl , and ck will be elevated from any activity really

I wouldn’t worry about what dose is low or not for a cruise in relation to someone else. 250 would be way too low for me, for instance and I would lose too much muscle in that period. For others it may be too high and they could get away with 200. So pick your cruises based on your level of mass and the absolute lowest dose u can use to hold most of ur mass while cruise.
In answer to insulin. Be it blast or cruise, its effective. The question is are u at a place that you start to use insulin. I cover all this in my insulin videos. I’d say if you have yet to gain 20+ pounds of solid muscle ( not total weight ) , then have no business using insulin in any position at all

I think both are decent approaches , run them and aslong as blood work gets back in after cruise then your all gd imo. If it doesn’t then you know it’s not ideal . I like primo when I ” cruise”

Those doses look appropriate to me , but indeed how will you cruise ? Doses and length ? Be sure your bloods are ideal before that offseason push 🙂

Hey Seb, we have two upper days and two lower days. Deadlifts on one lower, squats on the other. Bench on one day, narrow bench on the other. Then after the main moves, accessory work based on your weaknesses
