I don’t do them as my lower back is probably my strongest bodypart. If you break shape when you squat / dead then they are a great tool to help you.

Weekend away judging in Scotland for the pca , really great show tbh. But as always I dropped weight ; left Friday at 273.6 , this morn 270.2 – meh! I ate so fucking much well. I didn’t t Train and didn’t track my food, as I knew I just had to eat. I did maybe 700+ g carbs sat, and had grenade bars and flapjack bars lol! Had bagels with butter before bed with orange juice…. Sunday before coming home hit yo sushi and ate up again. Had more bagels when got home Sunday night. Anyways pull today , with Sasan. This will be V V gd indeed. Deficit deadlifts which are a fav of mine 🙂

I don’t use nuts often as we don’t absorb calories as well from them. On a training day my breakfast is usually salmon and avocado. Before bed almond butter. During the night extra virgin olive oil.

Rob is bang on, I have kept every reading sub 10 in this push. Even my absolute fattest parts , lower back / glutes are sub 10. It’s important to not let these areas get out of control 🙂

I saw her pose this morn, and 8 weeks out, she will absolutely beat the last showing in terms of look and condition. Taken 6 weeks to get most of the muscle mass back on followin the 18 week off period. And it hasn’t taken much at all in terms of anabolics which is great. We made the first diet alteration today pulling cals back and adding in clen.

Marcello yup I would deload maybe around that mark , and then push hard for that last phase . During the deload take Cals up a bit

Yup insulin back down. It was the inflammation too that was an issue, I could feel it would hinder progress
