Rep ranges are often based on the exercise and what I can do injury wise. I try to hit every body part with 8-20 rep work. Deadlifts and some pulling I can do 3-7 rep work.

Hey guys, legs today, all lifts up. The new diet increase all be it small, I’m finding hard. Usually i find it hard once over 6000 cals, but this time it’s hit me already. It all gets eaten regardless.
One of my v close friends Elliot mixes in my sessions , the video of me and him training will be up in next couple days as will the sasan training footage.
Next week sessions with Sas again and Elliot as they born live close to me and train v hard. Means I can push Sas too into New York pro which would be awesome
272.4 today, body weight jumps around here to 273.5 .

Ft is fortitude training.
The primo I notice at that dose in recovery, strength. If I pulled 1g of it, I would certainly notice. I could just prob do 1300 test and 1300 npp for the same thing, but that extra npp and test and I can’t handle. Too watery

I have always been carbless breakfast for a v v long time.
The nutrient timing approach with carbs is superb effective to growing but staying relatively lean.

I used to always rest from weights day before and after games. I hit upper /lower splits mostly. Doing legs as far from the next game as poss

For me, training is escapism where I don’t think about anything else but beating my log book
