I don’t understand how this idea has come about that food can impact on an exogenous hormone.

Christos, I don’t feel it necessary to cycle citruline , creatine or beta alanine and they will indeed have some syngergy , taking all 3 is great for performance

I don’t wear my Fitbit when I train, they aren’t an ideal tool for tracking caloric expenditure , the HR monitors are poor ( unless u have a chest strap HR monitor and synced your Fitbit to it)
The Nathan video and the extra stuff I filmed ( some helpful info on low vs high load training and blood flow restriction training ) will be up this week 🙂

Gerard , they are exogenous hormones. How will they blunt each other? You are injecting the original raw hormone essentially , that’s it- its in you , nothing can blunt it when it’s in you. You can blunt endogenous production of gh , when taking in carbs. But that is totally irrelevant to injecting something

The question is, do you have awesome legs? If so, and squatting in wraps works, don’t change a thing. If that progress so far in squats, hasn’t seen you build awesome legs. I would drop the wraps, and just work hard to get stronger by pushing your body weight up 20-30pounds and your squat will get stronger.

Carbs will limit endogenous gh production, but this is an exogenous hormone , once injected, nothing is preventing it from Doing its thing. I combine my gh and insulin together.

I think at those doses you really won’t notice a diff, if it was 1g test 500 eq . Or the other way round. I’d say defo run higher test. But at those doses you wouldn’t be able to tell the diff , so try one and see how you get on 🙂

Legs today was gd, I accidently took 30iu slin pre wo, wasn’t concentrating at all. Had to slam 100g carbs on the spot and got through my usual shake twice as fast, few iffy moments, but luckily was ok.

Pre wo gh isn’t with a meal, it’s just 30ish mins pre wo, with insulin

Rotties I don’t do feeder sets, please watch the video on warm ups 🙂 . If I move from a press to a fly , I do the same warm up protocol , never feeders. Unless I’m injured
