I frequently train after one meal and have no issues. As long as foods digest well and it’s a routine/ set up you can stick to them it’s absolutely not a problem

Evening all! Today was show day some awesome cows & bulls in the ring today. Bidding starts tomorrow looking forward to seeing if we can bag a nice bull 🙏🏼 today’s been a. Pretty busy one so we’re off to bed now. Early start tomorrow + travelling home. But I’m excited to be back in the gym I needed the little rest as I wasn’t feeling 100% so this break has come at the perfect time c

It could be a few things to start off with I would be looking at – when was the last time you deloaded? What’s your form like? Are you doing anything different outside of the gym for example anything manual at work or round the house etc that’s out of the ordinary?
How’s sleep? Are you tired? There’s many things to look into here

Hey guys busy day in Oban getting ready for the cattle sale weighed in all the bulls today and measured their height – I guess kinda like a bodybuilding show but with a lot of cows 🤣🤣 this evening we’ve had a pretty chilled on we went to a society meet and greet and then went back to the hotel before them lot get rowdy which dormant take long once they’ve had a drink😅 we don’t really drink at all so we don’t hang about long had a Pepsi max and went to bed haha x

I personally don’t think 6 days is the best idea. I’d say have another rest day in the week at least

Hey all rest day today started the day off with client check ins and client work. Followed by quickly packing last minute haha! And heading to Scotland for the weekend. Spent most of the day travelling up here and then just settled in the hotel for the evening. We did head out for tea and I had salmon and potatoes with veg which was lovely ☺️ and we’ve just got back and straight into bed haha! Busy weekend ahead so sleep time for me x

If you don’t need it I wouldn’t bother but if you do then yes it’s ok and can be recovered after as hilly says most people if not all can get back to normal levels after use

I would have to agree with the others. Make your own shakes and bars you can batch make them very very easily save money/ time and also much much better for you

Hey hey guys! Busy day in clinic which is always very nice makes me feel super grateful. I then trained back 2nd back session of the week. Felt pretty tired but still a good workout. I think the tiredness was down to training legs yesterday when I usually rest but it’s only because I’m away for the weekend. So I trained an extra day on the week. But overall strength is on the up and off season seems to be going very well x

Cure coming will help but I’d also be making sure diet is in a good place to prevent any unnecessary extra inflammation

Hey guys! Today was my admin work from home day. So I’ve done my client check ins followed by some admin and then trained legs. I usually rest on a wed but I’m not training Friday so needed to train today as I’m away for the weekend. X

It’s just priority tbh where suits you and your split. I train back twice a week so I put mine in one of my back sessions

Hey Hazim have you tried shockwave therapy. It’s so so good for treating tendinitis I use it for my clients in clinic. I would look for someone offering it local to you. I know you’re trying to think how to work round it etc but it does also need treating

Evening all! Super busy day in clinic today which was very nice 👌🏼 huge compliment today when 3 people that work in the same field as me were in for massage today! Makes me feel super grateful 🙏🏼
I the trained back had a very nice session felt strong. Connection on my pulldowns was so good I’ve tweaked my form a touch very happy with it now. Then this evening I’ve done mine and James food prep and walked the dogs x
