    I would have tb500 in at 1mg daily and bpc at 500-1mg daily

    But aside from that you need to look into why this is happening I would highly advise seeing a sports therapist or physio and rehabbing it otherwise once you finish the and bpc it’ll come back

    Hey guys! Rest day today for me definitely 100% needed hahaha! I had a few clients in clinic today which filled 3/4 of my day I then had an earlier evening finish and did a food shop and chilled for the evening. Was nice to relax and have some downtime with James not something we get to do too often c

    Evening all! Super busy day in clinic and leg day, had a very good session slight switch up in my movements due to a knee niggle but I enjoyed the smith squat over the hack tbh so I might keep this in and run it up. This evening I’ve done some admin and sorted my diary for next week x

    Hey guys! So rest day today for me definitely needed it, had a busy day in clinic with clients and also a little time to film some social media content. I usually hate doing social media content for ages it’s felt like a chore but recently I’m enjoying it. This evening I’ve walked the dogs, made mine and James last meal and done some foam rolling/ self release work – been feeling abit tight. X

    Personally going off what you’ve said I’d maybe wait till after the diet, maybe it’s diet brain ahah we all get it.

    It could be you want something new – it doesn’t always scratch the itch you think and as hilly days a lot of clients come back.

    If you have concerns at current id have a good chat/ call with your client

    Evening all, so today was a good day, clients in clinic with a nice break inbetween to train. Trained back today – my sessions are a little different this week, so it’ll be rest day tomorrow then legs Friday. Session was ok not my best not my worse. I’ve pulled my neck so rows were a little sore and just had to pull back on weight. Pull downs were still ok. I’ve got a message tomorrow so hopefully iron out my niggles x

    This totally depends on your lifestyle/ work and what you can fit in. For me no more than 25-30 mins but for others they may be able to travel further

    Hey guys! Work from home day today lots of client work and admin, followed by upper with James – I did James session today it was nice for a little switch up it was more chest based than shoulders and I love training chest but I usually do no more than an incline press haha! had a very good session and a nice chilled evening! The sunshine today was lovely it changes your mood instantly! X
