This is really hard to answer when we don’t exactly know your body and what you have been doing throughout prep there’s many ways to carb load and tbh a lot of the time it’s personal preference you can start Thurs and add a small amount reassess throughout the day and the next morning then add more or keep the same or you can just go with fri sat.
I would look at what’s worked in the past? How you normally look 6pm on a normal day how you look post workout? To give you an idea of what you can look like with a pump and after carbs.
Carb source wise I would be looking at something your body tolerates well that doesn’t bloat you and also what you’ve been using throughout prep. I wouldn’t start throwing in random foods you haven’t touched all prep. But don’t over complicate it all keep it simple ☺️

So for what ever reason last nights post didn’t post ? so I’m gonna re do it!
Yesterday was actually a really nice day for me I finished client work in the am then went to my mums Lola went to the groomers and I spent the day with my mum and dad and my little niece then in the evening I just chilled & had an early night as I had a tension headache I think from not wearing my glasses ups! X

You need to pick foods you genuinely enjoy and actually want to eat! Spend time making your meals taste nice so you enjoy them this way your diet plan will be much more enjoyable and easier to stick to

Everything has cons but there is a few sides much less on nasal spray tanners than injection as it’s a little more watered down so I would probably start with nasal as I find I get much less sides and it doesn’t mess with my appetite but it still works enough for me and I’m pretty fair too

Hello! So today has been a lovely day! This morning I did some client work, walked Lola then headed over to Manchester with my training partner we trained legs which was my first leg session back at frontline fitness and then we went for food at American pies which was absolutely amazing ???? so if you’re a pizza fan I 100% recommend you go!!!! Then this evening I’ve finished client plans and chilled! X

Evening all! So today consisted of client check ins and new client set Ups, walked Lola and then did a really light push session just easing myself back in but it felt good to be back training ? x

I favour a lower carb day on rest days as my training day cals just aren’t needed on my rest days

Good evening all! Really itching to be back in the gym but literally last few days and I’ll be back on the weekend I really can’t wait! I don’t think I’ve ever had this amount of time off the gym since I started at 18 ? today consisted of client work and walking Lola along with abit of house work x

Lotions can help definitely. I have used tanners before I prefer the nasal tanners as I get less sides also means you don’t have to expose your skin to a lot of sunbed use for the same tan it also helps prevent burning too. But do look into the sides and health repercussions as with everything there always is cons

Hey all! So today consisted of client work, house work and I also walked Lola. Then this evening I’ve been to the cinema it was really nice to get out the house as I’ve kinda been stuck in for awhile my neck is healing nicely so all being well I should be back training on the weekend x
