Hi all so today I had a nice little lay in, walked Lola did my cardio and had a nice chill day, I had a homemade burger and homemade cheese cake as my off plan meal for my birthday it was lovely! Had a nice rest day looking forward to legs tomorrow x

I love a good incline press but definitely stick to what feels good for you personally as everyone is different

Hey everyone hope you’ve all had a lovely Friday!!
So today I did my cardio, cleaned the house, had a zoom call with work and food prepped then trained pull with Jamie and walked Lola then we went to the shop did a little food shop for some food for tomorrow’s off meal plan as it’s my birthday next week but celebrating this weekend as Jamie is at work all week, we also made a cheesecake can’t wait to try it tomorrow ???????????? x

It can just be blood pressure or blood being pumped to the working muscle I’ve seen it on a few people, sure it’s nothing to worry about but keep an eye on blood pressure and so on or get checked if it’s bothering you

Hi all so today was push day had a super good session got a pb of 60kg for 5 on flat bench, and all around good strong session
Excited for pull tomorrow as I’m feeling stronger with the extra food I’m having.
Today was a pretty chill day just a few bits of admin and then looking after Lola as she’s been a little poorly today x

Hi all! Today was rest day had a pretty quiet but productive day, Jamie was back at work so I woke up did my cardio cooked mine and Jamie’s meals, and his food for him coming in from work, we then walked Lola and I cleaned the house x

Hi jack! So my output is a lot more than most bodybuilders as I have to do gymnastics/ dance and training and cardio so as you can imagine my body takes a battering especially my legs.
So in terms of recovery I do a few things, baths at least 3x a week with Epsom salts, weekly physio/ massage, I also have a massage gun I use post sessions to release tightness and niggles between massage and also pre training to help warm up my muscles. I also use tiger balm on my joints, around any niggles also helps warming up. Supplements wise I take join in and cure coming. I don’t do cardio on leg day to help reserve energy for leg session so my legs aren’t pre exhausted. During my training when I’m not recovering as well I do a lower amounts of sets so I’ll do 1 top set and 1 back off- maybe this is something you could adapt to strongman training ☺️ hope some of this helps

Today was leg day for me! Had a really good session quads was feeling a little tight so I didn’t go too heavy on squats as my knees just weren’t feeling it, ready for a rest day ????????
Today I also dyed my hair I got sick of the roots hah! So now I’m super blonde!! X

Speak to your coach and work out why? Like Clare said the only day is important is show day! There’s so many other factors that could cause water retention
