I’ve used genx and Adelphi don’t notice a huge difference between the 2 if I’m honest. If you felt better on genx I’d go back to that

Another day in clinic busy busy, followed by training back. Had a very good session apart from my straps were slipping on everything which made me super annoyed as I know I had more in the tank but was let down by grip/ straps.
So new straps ordered haha! Then this afternoon I’ve walked the dogs and prepped mine and James last meal- recently we’ve aligned our last meal so they’re fairly similar and we can cook it together and have a proper meal together because it’s not often we get to eat together so it’s nice for us x

Also just to add, if this had been on going for awhile I would highly highly suggest shockwave therapy – but you will need rehab/ strengthening alongside

Hey so if you’re experiencing swelling/ heat at all then I would ice it to help bring inflammation down. Once inflammation has settled I would look at doing wrist flexion isometrics and slow eccentric and pronation strengthening. Building up these will help you train pain free. I would use straps for pulling. Take out any movements that really trigger it and swap of change the angle of the movements.
Once you get to a point where pain is pretty much gone I would look at doing hammer curls (neutral grip) using fat grips this will just strengthen it a touch more

Hey guys! Rest day today, and my work at how day so client check ins and admin work been nice to catch up on it all. Felt pretty tired today and very drained so the rest day was absolutely needed x

Tomorrow if bruising has come out you’ll see if it’s tore or not more than likely but then I would advise seeing a physio or sports therapist for them to look over it. Depending on the grade of the tear will depend on the next steps. I really can’t advise anymore than this without seeing you in person.

Hey guys! So morning of client work & social media work. I then trained back followed by evening clients.
Back was a very good session felt pretty strong especially on my upper back chest supported row. Strength is really starting to pick up. This evening it’s been a later night than usual just busy with a few life admin bits to sort before we could settle for the evening. X

It’s one of them things you simply have to try to learn to control yourself. It does get easier over time you learn to be able to control emotions and think before you act you’re only feeling that way because you’re hungry or tired etc

If you’re training after meal 1 then then I would add carbs there. You could add pre bed just as long as it sits ok and digests abit before bed. Or you could add Pwo if appetite allows then

Hey guys busy day in clinic followed by content filming and then a leg session with James had a very fun session wasn’t my usual plan I did James session it was a touch crazy but very fun 😅 few more intensifiers than I’m used to but it’s fun to do now and again. Then this evening it’s just been house work, admin and chill time x
