Hey guys rest day today spent the day doing client work and some farm work and resting up/ massage and rolling to hep my back I’m hoping I should be feeling pretty good tomorrow as today’s the best it has felt so far x

I agree with the guys. It sounds like you really need to decide what you need right now and stick to one thing you can’t do all 2 or even 2 it’s one or the other. Ie you can bulk but can’t cut and maintain at the same time

Evening all! So today has been a busy one early start sorting the cows this am followed by breakfast and walking Lola (we took her with us to Scotland) we then was getting ready and showing from 9:30am till 2pm we took our meals prepped which we always do and we have time to scran a meal between showing. We finished showing had a meal and the set off straight back home as we had a 5hr drive. We decided to push leg day to tomorrow which allows my back that extra day recovery from my trapped nerve I also had a really good massage once we got back around my back/ neck and scapula I’m hoping it’s freed up a good amount. X

Evening all! Checked in the morning, a good check in despite a lot of rest from training needed. Hoping to be back in the gym tomorrow/ Sunday for legs! My back is feeling a little better each day and is responding to rest hot baths and massage which is good. We’ve come up to Scotland this afternoon for a cattle show tomorrow and then we will be coming straight back as we’re super busy! But it’s always fun when we come here x

Hi I can’t see any photos but everyone ROM will be different it depends on your ankle mobility and where you’re wanting to target with the leg press we can bias it towards what we want. For example for quads you want as low as possible on the plate

Afternoon all! Another day rest for me I’m hoping to be better tomorrow or Saturday. Training upper yesterday slight re-triggered the trapped nerve even though I went super light. It’s not new as bad today as it has been so I’m hoping another days rest should do it 🙏🏼 x

I wouldn’t straight swap personally I’d say go in at low dose reta and build up as needed

Hey guys! So busy day usual client work and check ins. I then trained upper, I only went light just to get some blood moving as my back/ neck is still sore I managed my session ok I honestly didn’t think I’d gone to hard at all but after my session I’m super sore. I’ll probably train legs Fri/ sat and rest back this week as I know that’s what triggers it when it does flare up anyway. This is probably the worst trapped nerve I’ve had had the most persistent but hopefully with some rest it’ll be ok x

I agree with the above I like to freeze my cooked protein and pack into my bag that way it’s slowly defrosts and keeps other meals cool whilst it does so.

I agree with Alison potentially swap brands. Might be a obvious thing but make sure you’re using fresh needles and not reusing

Hey all, busy day of client work, farm work and resting still not 100% I’m definitely feeling better but my back is still super sore just moving my head and arms kills my back but it’s improved from yesterday. So I’m hoping to be back in the gym tomorrow. Flu symptoms are getting better too. This afternoon I’ve caught up on a ton of admin and had some downtime before bed x

I would definitely get this checked out could just be a strain etc but I wouldn’t be putting yourself in any positions that cause pain or aggravate it

Definitely agree could be tendinitis. I would look at getting it checked out but also in the meantime I would look at different grips / angles as I know this can help

Extra rest day today I’ve been hit with the flu/ chesty cough that’s going round. Coughed that much I’ve trapped a nerve in my neck haha! Typical! So extra rest today for me. Spent doing client set ups, farm work and resting up definitely needed as much as I wanted to be in the gym I also needed the recovery and extra rest. Had a nice hot bath before chilling for the evening x
