    Hey guys! Busy day in clinic today & also online check ins. Trained back today, Followed by an off plan meal this evening ahead of lower tomorrow. Been a nice chilled evening but I didn’t get home till 8pm so we’ve eaten and now ready to get in bed haha! Most days are looking like this recently early mornings and late nights x

    Ham curl
    Hack
    Leg press
    Leg extensions
    Walking lunges
    Calves

    Then this evening I’ve been doing some social media admin editing content etc! Busy day in clinic tomorrow looking forward to it x

    Other fats are probably better micronutrients wise however if you enjoy it and it works in then it’s not a problem

    Evening all!! So client work and admin today followed by an emergency vet trip! I mean luckily it fell on a rest day haha! But in all seriousness it’s been a whirlwind but is what it is! Doggo is fine he’s just fuming about his cone 😅 x

    Hilly nailed it.. no min or max and no need to do anything when you come off. I tend to keep my dose the same year round as I don’t feel the benefit from an increase anymore than my baseline dose if that makes sense. But that’s just me personally. I do know others increase up and down depending on dieting/ or not etc

    Hey guys! Busy day in clinic & also some admin work. Trained upper today. First day of my new training plan. Today’s session was-
    Single arm pull down
    Wide grip pull down
    Straight arm pull down
    Shoulder press
    Side cable raises
    Rear delt cable flys

    Just setting numbers to start with but session felt awesome 🙌🏼

    Jordan nailed this there’s really not much to add. Basically don’t over obsess over it just train hard and as you go you learn what works for you

    Hey guys! So today was auction day & travel home day & my final rest day of my deload.

    So we bidded on a gorgeous bull called macsaul he’s a very big 2 year old 😅 drive home was 7hrs so he was a tad grumpy when he got to his new home as expected so we bedded him down water and fed and then let him sleep he plonked himself down bless him must be knackered. X

    I frequently train after one meal and have no issues. As long as foods digest well and it’s a routine/ set up you can stick to them it’s absolutely not a problem

    Evening all! Today was show day some awesome cows & bulls in the ring today. Bidding starts tomorrow looking forward to seeing if we can bag a nice bull 🙏🏼 today’s been a. Pretty busy one so we’re off to bed now. Early start tomorrow + travelling home. But I’m excited to be back in the gym I needed the little rest as I wasn’t feeling 100% so this break has come at the perfect time c
