The things is with Jay and Ronnie they are elite of elite genetics. They could have trained anyway they wanted and still been just as big.
You need to do what’s right for you. If you’re progressing doing FB then continue with that when you max it out move to upper lower. Don’t over think what others are doing as it’s not you or your genetics we’re not all made equal

I would say you’ll need a rest day it might work for say a week but it’ll catch up. Like the others have said you need to rest to grow. More does not always = more

I’ve never heard of it but again as Jordan says everyone reacts differently so if you are finding you are getting digestive issues then when you pull it goes then obviously it’s a trigger for you so either swap it out or play around with doses and see if you can find a dose that doesn’t cause issues

Hey guys! Long busy day for me up early doing farm work then client work/ admin followed by training and then more farm work. Trained push had an awesome session and awesome pump! Felt pretty strong in the gym despite crashing and feeling super tired this evening x

I’m just going to add it’s not always the coach. A coach can do everything right but still miss a peak. A lot comes down to the client they need to adhere and be open and honest. But also stress, nerves etc can completely hangs a physique for the worse

Definitely rest. It can be frosting taking time off the gym but it will help you recover quicker. Rest is needed from training especially when you’re getting symptoms.

Hey guys! Rest day today! Busy day of farm work, dog walks and admin. But it’s been a productive day. Also managed to squeeze in watching figure pre judge & finals and the men’s open finals! Prague is always a great atmosphere and turn out. So it’s great to watch. Just having a switch off now and a cuppa before bed x

I do agree with hilly fast acting slin pre cardio isn’t a good idea and GH would be a better option
