    Rest day for me today, truthfully not much other than work & steps, it’s been a nice chilled one that’s for sure but I’m sooooo fired up to train tomorrow!!!!!

    How do you feel with your performance post workout, I know many of the others may say cardio first steps later, but I do it steps first cardio post workout & found that worked better for my routine last prep, it depends on how much time you have in the morning / what your finding best, why were you thinking to change?

    Down from 57.9kg to 57.2kg today after 2 days on plan, I reckon the goal before we start filling up will be around 55kg so let’s see! 10 weeks out today!!

    Smith Hip thrust

    Glute max kick back

    Abductor machine

    Dual cable reverse fly

    Rest day for me today as normal.. food shopping, lots of client work, & some downtime this evening, steps have been moved to 10k defo not hard to reach, excited to see how my body responds over the next few days with starting prep! I’m due on in around 6/7 days and have some symptoms however so I’ll be expecting a bigger shift post cycle!

    I’d recommend seeing a physio therapist, there could be a weakness / a muscle you need to strengthen somewhere.. & it sounds like you probably need an assessment of your physique if it’s impacting you that much.

    Chocolate fudge cream of rice & vanilla whey.. seems like we all agree with the vanilla!! I also think, salted caramel cream of rice & triple chocolate 🙏

    Training day for me today!

    Machine lateral raise

    Full volume today, which was nice, and today we started the Arnold prep!! All we did was adjust food as it stands 🙂 let’s see how this body responds!! 570cals down on TD, now at 2434, and 566 cals down on RD now at 2314.. no other adjustments here!

    Normal rest day for me today after training day yesterday, a nice busy day with client work, gosh when I write these I realise I don’t do much else 😂 been sleeping in the spare room for the last 2 nights to get some solid sleep back in after not having the most optimal sleep next to Marc 😂 usually we’re fine but where I’ve been unwell I was wrestless.. so will go back to normal tomorrow, however even still I had a dodgy night sleep so it’s definitely a me thing & not him 😂

    Arnold prep fires up this weekend 🌪️

    Another rest day for me 🙄 woke up around 2:30am, so was just not optimal! Tomorrow WILL be the day!! Just again spent the day napping / workin .. not much else fun to fill you in with guys!!!!
