    Argh. Another rest day needed with this cold / flu thing!! Frustrating but hay! We move.. Spent the day napping, and doing client work! Not much else I must say! Feel better this evening than yesterday evening so that’s super positive! Hopefully back to doing the do tomorrow!

    Honestly I’d definitely get a posing coach, I even still have lessons to this day, & I’ve competed over 40x .. you’ll get more from that than us advising on your photos šŸ‘

    Unplanned rest day for me, annoyingly Ive been hit with a ā€œcoldā€ thing.. really hope I’m back to normal tomorrow!! It’s Chesty / runny nose / etc, at this point I’m wondering will I get a break soon šŸ˜‚šŸ™.. however as always.. we move!! I’m 58kg atm, stage weight 56.1, 11 weeks to go, we don’t start ā€œprepā€ until 10 weeks out.. so let’s get all this shite out the way hopefully ready for next week šŸ„²šŸ™ˆ

    Rest day for me today, a little trip out bowling shortly, & I’ve just spent the day with Marc’s daughter, had a client sign up & that’s about it today really,, a pretty chilled one!!!

    Training day for me today! A good one!! &&& today we added in tbjp performance fuel & eas & let me tell you that was delightful. We’re slowly staring to add some more variety in slowly but surely now which is fab!!!

    Glute med kick back

    Rest day for me today as per plan!
    Just a busy day of work, had a nap which I always plan into my day, had a consult call with Meg and dr dean to catch up on where I am with my gut! & a posing client this afternoon & some more work! A simple / normal day really!

    We’re all so different.. being a little hungry will definitely give you a longer runway to grow, often people will listen to this hunger, act on it, then blunt there growth phase as quickly become so full they can’t handle it & need to cut back. It sounds like really you’re in a good place!

    Really agree with the others here.. and especially with Clare re training & having someone look over your form properly!

    I have a tear in my labrum & with physio & strategic programming with Meg.. I’ve so far been able to avoid surgery that I thought I’d need this year,, this may give you some hope, but I strongly advise getting the right advise & then someone to be super specific with you with your movements & how your performance is!
