Argh. Another rest day needed with this cold / flu thing!! Frustrating but hay! We move.. Spent the day napping, and doing client work! Not much else I must say! Feel better this evening than yesterday evening so thatās super positive! Hopefully back to doing the do tomorrow!

Honestly Iād definitely get a posing coach, I even still have lessons to this day, & Iāve competed over 40x .. youāll get more from that than us advising on your photos š

Unplanned rest day for me, annoyingly Ive been hit with a ācoldā thing.. really hope Iām back to normal tomorrow!! Itās Chesty / runny nose / etc, at this point Iām wondering will I get a break soon šš.. however as always.. we move!! Iām 58kg atm, stage weight 56.1, 11 weeks to go, we donāt start āprepā until 10 weeks out.. so letās get all this shite out the way hopefully ready for next week š„²š

Rest day for me today, a little trip out bowling shortly, & Iāve just spent the day with Marcās daughter, had a client sign up & thatās about it today really,, a pretty chilled one!!!

Training day for me today! A good one!! &&& today we added in tbjp performance fuel & eas & let me tell you that was delightful. Weāre slowly staring to add some more variety in slowly but surely now which is fab!!!

Weāre all so different.. being a little hungry will definitely give you a longer runway to grow, often people will listen to this hunger, act on it, then blunt there growth phase as quickly become so full they canāt handle it & need to cut back. It sounds like really youāre in a good place!

Really agree with the others here.. and especially with Clare re training & having someone look over your form properly!
I have a tear in my labrum & with physio & strategic programming with Meg.. Iāve so far been able to avoid surgery that I thought Iād need this year,, this may give you some hope, but I strongly advise getting the right advise & then someone to be super specific with you with your movements & how your performance is!
