    Another day living the dream, feeling really grateful! Grateful for this app even for allowing me to update daily! It’s good to look back at, grateful for my support system.. currently not long finished work, a podcast & trained this morning..

    Session 2:

    Side laterals

    3 x 12-20

    Glute Kick – Mead

    2x 10-12

    Normal kick

    2 × 10-12

    Abductor

    4 × 10-12

    Machine lat row

    2×10-12

    This was the session, was good to go somewhat hard, as Meg said this am, we don’t need any big movements anymore, anyway we’re holding the physique well & I’m really happy with where we are at! Spending the rest of the day just chilling & switching off a little.. can’t lie looking forward to being in others company soon, it’s good to spend time alone with yourself, but eeee I get to see Marc, Meg, friends & enjoy the Olympia week soon!!

    Another day out here in Daytona, woke again the same weight as yesterday 55.8kg, today has been a full rest day.. a lighter work load, & it’s 4pm & I’m only on 3.3k steps, body looked tired yesterday so a restful mind and body day was needed! Currently at the hair dressers, so that’s been chill. Booked some clients in for posing tomorrow a pod cast, & training, but still, it’ll be chilled around that with the gym only being 7mins up the road! 🙏

    Happy with where we are at, we just needed a week without peaking, we have all the data we need though so I’m excited for it all to come together again.. I fly to vegas Friday & can’t wait to see Marc!!!!

    A little more context here as the others have said would really help.. I’m guessing a little to hard meant you ate to much & now your wondering if you need to pull back to drop again?

    Agree with Sas here, but just to note, if you do anything to drastic, it won’t be sustainable, sour definitely go with this advice, set a realistic time line to work towards.. “quickly” isn’t best.. these things take time..

    Agree a little more context here would help, do you use your phone pre bed or watch tv, how close to sleep time do you eat your last meal?

    Really & truly down to personal preference there will be a best way for you but that may differ from person to person.. I like training after just one meal!

    Training day for me today! Had a hard session YAY as in I was able to train hard because I have no show this weekend.. so a nice week of training hard before we back off for the o.. Bodyweight dropped back down today to where we want it to be for show day but looking a little tired! Tomorrow is a full rest day, and I plan to spend all day by the pool! I’m here right now actually.. I’ve got 4 clients competing this weekend, 1 ifbbpro bikini in Taiwan on the 4th and on the 5th, one in Italy & then 2 in the uk, so works been prettyyyy hectic over here keeping me busy as attention to detail matters! But once it hits around 3pm here I can shut off because the rest of the uk is getting ready to sleep lol! So some really nice chilled evenings!!

    Foods been around 2500, steps naturally around 9/10k, zero cardio, dropped 0.5kg off which we wanted to happen to tighten back up a little.. but everything’s working body wise touch wood I haven’t just jinxed my self (digestion wise) since before the first show it was all a mess so I guess it’s just used to these calories now!

    Anyway! That’s me for today!!!

    That’s strange – I have never had this issue, are you shaking it well enough, try adding a block of ice when you shake it, are you mixing it with anything else?

    Have you got any visuals that we can see, 6 months is quite some time to be dieting.. maybe you need to go a little harder – but id be interested to see where visuals are at & not just body fat percentage (how are you measuring that)

    Show day yesterday – we ended up with an 11th place, I looked a little soft from the rear, which hasn’t been my feedback this season at all, I woke up a little heavier which we thought would go in my favour from previous feedback, we now know where we want to be heading into the Olympia, my head is still held high, one placing never defines us, I had an amazing day, enjoyed my stage time, made lots of memories, i’ve not gotten down about it, I had a moment right when I came off of stage where I was like damnnnn, but after speaking with meg & many others it brought me back down to what bikini is.. highs and lows at times in placings, we made no mistakes, im happy, we simply tried based on previous feedback – so im at peace! I enjoyed my evening with friends, barely ate, just some chicken, veg, and 3 small wraps standard for me im not a post show eater lol, now we have a weekend without a show, time to get a little fresh and ready for the big one, a full rest day today, I slept well, and im looking forward to spending some time at the resort here in Daytona until Friday where I will then fly out to the Olympia! <3

    ONE SLEEP OUT! Hoping to sleep well, there is a hugeeeee storm!!

    we have been maintaining on around 3k calories each day, were really happy with the look.. all packed for tomorrow & ready to go so I can have a nice chilled morning, I need to be at the hair . makeup apt for 9am, first meal will be going in 7:30am, its meant to be an early show starting with the pros around 11:30am, however, I dont think we will be on until around 1 earliest.. super excited, this is the last one prior to the Olympia, so all the feedback is welcome! its 19:41 here now, and im off to sleep once ive just checked my pro bikini client in who’s competing in her debut season next weekend, exciting times!!! night world!

    I prefer chocolate fudge / custard cream / maple syrup.. how are you making yours exactly? I find the best way is literally just as the kettle has boiled add your water but making it quite “stodgy”, wait for it to cool for a little then add your whey (the whey makes it a little runnier so be carful).. you know you can make so many other things with it, some people even make pancakes / muffins

    Agree with the others here, that being said, you could instead reduce calories before increasing output if your now on week 2!

    2 days out!!
    A little bump in food today, at 3016cals for the day, this little human can eat 😂.. 431 carbs, 84 fats, did my final session, got my nails done, usual standard daily work for clients & will skin prep again this evening ready for tanning tomorrow! I still can’t believe how time is flying and here we are another show and another step closer to the mr Olympia!!
