Rest day for me today, a little trip out bowling shortly, & I’ve just spent the day with Marc’s daughter, had a client sign up & that’s about it today really,, a pretty chilled one!!!

Training day for me today! A good one!! &&& today we added in tbjp performance fuel & eas & let me tell you that was delightful. We’re slowly staring to add some more variety in slowly but surely now which is fab!!!

We’re all so different.. being a little hungry will definitely give you a longer runway to grow, often people will listen to this hunger, act on it, then blunt there growth phase as quickly become so full they can’t handle it & need to cut back. It sounds like really you’re in a good place!

Really agree with the others here.. and especially with Clare re training & having someone look over your form properly!
I have a tear in my labrum & with physio & strategic programming with Meg.. I’ve so far been able to avoid surgery that I thought I’d need this year,, this may give you some hope, but I strongly advise getting the right advise & then someone to be super specific with you with your movements & how your performance is!

Rest day for me today! A busy day of client work, a nap, & actually I’ve not really moved much from the house, took some time for me today, feel quite frustrated on wake, didn’t want to take a check in because digestions gone up the wall – but I did, megs still happy.. I’m really itchy, we think I’m having a histamine response, post antibiotics, we have a consult call booked with dr dean this week so hopefully we will find some answers here, I’ve been realllyyyy tired, so a minimal movement day, a normal rest day & back to it tomorrow! All part of the journey I guess, just frustrating sometimes in such a strict process! But hay we moveeee!

Agree with the others here, you’ll get a great response from it & it’s often a good idea to utilise food if you can based on your time line / end goal, along side the rest! You’ll feel fresh on your return! Let us know how it goes!
