I find the best way is literally just as the kettle has boiled add your water but making it quite “stodgy”, wait for it to cool for a little then add your whey (the whey makes it a little runnier so be carful).. you know you can make so many other things with it, some people even make pancakes / muffins

Agree with the others here, that being said, you could instead reduce calories before increasing output if your now on week 2!

2 days out!!
A little bump in food today, at 3016cals for the day, this little human can eat 😂.. 431 carbs, 84 fats, did my final session, got my nails done, usual standard daily work for clients & will skin prep again this evening ready for tanning tomorrow! I still can’t believe how time is flying and here we are another show and another step closer to the mr Olympia!!@KerrySexton_ifbbpro - IG.

3 days out again!! How time flys.. it’s actually crazy how fast this season is flying, can it slow down!! Spent the day working, and made some time for me in Daytona, went down to the beach this evening infact., just stood in the sea, grounded a bit, felt great! Everything’s just been nice & consistent calories around 2700 for weeks now it feels! We’ve changed my front pose for this weekend so that’ll be interesting to display! As always just going in open minded! Excited to be going again! Eyyy!!

I know it may feel shameful, but it is really important to have a safe space & relationship with your coach so they are able to help you with things like this, telling your coach will help you but then it’ll help them to help you, lots of people will have done this at some point in their career, I have way back when! Tell them! Let us know how it goes & don’t hold any shame! Sounds like you’ve been doing an amazing job!

Agree with the others here, id get back to baseline or essentially you are shortening your window for your offseason! it really has happened to us all though so dont feel bad about it, just move through it, you dieted for so long so you can control your self you’ll have to just try and keep the same mindset as you had whilst your dieting.. it may be hard for the first 4-6/8 weeks but its so worth keeping things tight & in a great spot, not just for body comp but for health too!

Just at the airport heading to Daytona, I can’t believe this will be my 4th show in 4 weeks, back to back shows are sooo fun! soo, I made it to the airport early to get client work done.. woke up at 2am, but got 7hrs sleep as went to sleep last night at 6pm & actually fell asleep! the line up is out and it’s a big one, again no expectations, so excited to have yet another opportunity to be competing with some of the best, its literally full of olympians, no expectations, just here to embrace it all! lets geddditttt. x

Hey guys, wow, still on cloud 9 after the show yesterday really & truly, so happy with the look we bought!!! today has been a restful day, client work, calls, had a phone call with meg, will be making a decision whether or not to do the Daytona pro next weekend I have until 12pm here tomorrow to make that decision – I was unwell all week so dont want too get unwell again, and not be fresh for the Olympia! weight was down from show day, so bumped food up today and its just been minimal steps with a Thai massage shortly, along with just having a good day with 2 of my friends!! meg has been amazing so meg if your reading this.. big love!! xx

Such an amazing day!! 4th out of 29, the whole top 5 are already Olympia qualified too.. so so so proud, and some feedback heading into the Olympia for me to share.. it’s 22:12pm here, this show day was AMAZING. I’m so glad I did it for so many reasons. Going to sleep feeling very blessed!! ✨
