    Agree with the others here, you’ll get a great response from it & it’s often a good idea to utilise food if you can based on your time line / end goal, along side the rest! You’ll feel fresh on your return! Let us know how it goes!

    Looking at the app, average sleep for the last month is 8h 43min, so sleep is on point. Diet, hydration and health are great too.
    So you guys think I’d be better off transitioning to a ULR than reducing the number of exercises that I currently do in FB session EOD?

    Yes I think If

    1. sleep is on point

    2. Hydration is on point

    3. Diet is on point

    4. Stress management is on point

    5. You’ve taken a deload when needed .

    Then it’s time to transition to U/L . Less movements than you do on F/B definitely. You can go to the education section or refer to Jordan’s you tube for how to set up U/L[/quote]
    Seems like everything is in a great spot from what you’re saying.. so given that, I agree with the others it’s definitely time to make some adaptions to your training! Let us know what you decide & as Oscar said, definitely hd k your the education section or refer to jordans YouTube.. then if you need to run anything by us again, do so!!

    Today is a rest day for me.. a chilled one, some client work, some sorting around the house, editing a YouTube & just taking a little time for me before a busy week ahead! ✨

    Body weight reached a new high today at 57.1kg, however digestions been really off so not sure how realistic this is, I’ve also been really itchy to.. with a rash.. I’m going to reach out to dr dean regarding the process we’re currently going through. Little bit annoying but we move!!!

    Training day for me today! Been going through a lot of my client sheets and just having a good refresh with things for 2026, some normal client work, blood work, more work, eating, a nap & a chilled evening! Just the standard really!! Nothing too exciting today!!

    Happy new year all!! I hope everyone’s had a fab start to the year!!!

    Training day for me at another gym local to me in Leicester which was a great switch up! Got to use a bootybuilder which was absolute life, my gym neeeeds one!!

    We ran a higher day today, baseline cals are 2942 on a td, 2880 on a rd, so surprised we’ve had to do so, the body is on fire!!

    Celebrated new years with our friends last night which was fun, but my days, one late night when your used to 8:45/9pm bed times isn’t fun 😂😂😂

    Looking forward to a big work day tomorrow, today was a little less with some clients choosing not to check in! Some client set ups tomorrow ✨

    Rest day for me today!

    Client work, filmed a YouTube, went for a coffee with Marc, now seeing the new year in with our friends (if we survive past our bed time for a long time lol) just a chilled one at there’s, they’ve all got a take away.. and I had my normal meal of course! & that’s all from meeee!!
