Well, good news, 3 weeks 5 days post show, and my monthly cycle has returned, I lost it about 6 weeks out from show number one, it’s returned nice & quickly, so happy days, I’m not even 1kg above my stage weight, but calories are 2828 & 2744, most of the time it’s been minimal steps.. below 8k & zero cardio, so it’s nice to see the body’s in a great spot!
Had a great session today too & a really productive day!!
Today’s session:
Front raise
3x 10-12Abductor
2x 10-13Kick med back
2x 10-12Glute leg press
1x 10-12
1x 12-15Glute max kick back
2x 10-12Lat row
2x 10-12Just heading back from working with Marc in Costa, defo need an early night woke up at 3am, it’s been much the same across the week, my cycle alwayssss does this!!! So A chilled evening incoming!!

If you like cardio you could keep a little in.. it definitely has many benefits, just don’t overdo it, this could also allow you to keep food a touch higher!

To follow up after 3 days of good sleep .. it’s back down to about 70 .. which i could still improve but def better. For about a week straight my sleep was terrible 5 hours or less .. and lost 2 close friends . Crazy how much stress and sleep will affect those. But I’m def determined to get it 60s 🙏🏻with some HIT session . I also noticed if i forget to wear my cpap it’s also higher , so i need to cut the crap with that . These are all things that some of us may overlook or may think minimally affect things but as I’ve seen in last ten days these factors can certainly make a big difference in the big picture
Following up to this post and 3 weeks after coming off 300mg tren RHR at a constant 58 now.. i think it’s safe to say I’ve done enough tren in my 20s to be done with it for good at 37🙏🏻❤️take care of your heart
Great news bud :)). I defo agree, no more tren
Totally man , sometimes we need a wake up to realize we what we did in our 20s isn’t sustainable forever .. being on this earth longer is more important than long term tren use .. happy holidays to all🙏🏻💪🏻♥️
Merry Christmas everyoneeee!!
Hope everyone had a lovely day!
I started the day with just my normal client work, then headed to church, opened some presents with Marc, had a nap, then went to Marc’s parents!
Stuck to plan all day of course with the current kill plan..
Tomorrow is a training day.. really hoping for a good session, it’s starting to feel a bit rubbish now not training :/

Today was a rest day for me today.. woke up at 1:58am today which was fantastic 🥹 Meg gave me an extra meal today, my new favourite which made my day lol.. 150g pumpkin puree, 100g buckwheat flour & cinnamon, mixed with boiling water, and in the pan. Spent the day working / wrapping presents & just chilling. Marc has something planned for us this evening.. not sure what, he’s such a cutie, so gratful!!

So would I be right in saying your day is…
Wake—>gym—>work—>home and bed with your meals in between?
Where is Andrew time? Do you ever get time to do something you like around all of that or even just chill and decompress? You need time to switch off at some point. The moments before bed are spent driving/travelling, still coming down from a day’s work and having to prepare food.
You can’t sacrifice work, it pays the bills and allows you to enjoy building a physique, you can’t sacrifice your sleep (make it better if anything). Your training a FBEOD split so 7 sessions every fortnight?
Are your FB sessions long? Would it be of benefit to maybe do a shorter session in the gym (U/L or PPL?) and you may have some scope to move your session to after work and sleep 10-6 for eg? You could also still train in the morning but have an extra hour to sleep meaning you can have an extra the night before just relaxing?
I think benners has said some really valid points here, I was also thinking where are you making time for your self?
I’ll be interested to see the answers to this so we can help you further!!

Agree here! Some people prefer pasta & digest it well.. others prefer to stay away from the gluten in it likely from a digestive standpoint.

Day 4 off in a row now, hoping to get back in tomorrow! All I can say is the antibiotics must be doing their thing!! 🤝 slept pretty poor last night so hopefully a better sleep this evening & a day back to it tomorrow! Still done some big tasks today and lots of client work, so happy things have still been productive!!
