Agree with the others here with there recommendations!! Some really great products, have advised some of my clients to use & they’ve really felt the benefits too!

Rest day for me today.. hunger spiked up a lot over the last few days, so we made sure to go out today which was nice.. and yesterday we went to the cinema! It’s been very much about killing time but not feeling that great 🙈
Should be back to the gym tomorrow!!!

And then I actually headed to the gym to take Kerry through a session and do a little YouTube video for her channel about her successful season
Always really nice to be able to catch up, I’ve known Kerry for a very long time now, nine years to be exact – it’s nice to see the progression in her not just as a competitor but as a person especially over the last couple of years

I had this with motc weirdly, I found when I do it in my side where there’s a little more skin / body fat.. it doesn’t happen.. or you could of course go with what Jordan said!

Lovely to see Meg today, had a great session, just did 2 working sets, spoke a lottttt which was filmed for YouTube, always SO nice to see her, honestly I owe this lady a lot, she helps me in ways that go FAR beyond coaching.. I’m very lucky to have her in my circle.. I also love the relationship Meg & Marc have, that’s very valuable to me, they always message eachother if needed 🤭 feeling grateful this evening! Will let you know when this YouTube’s out!! I have one coming out first on eveything of what I’m talking about in these logs in a lot more detail with regards to the parasites etc etc etc! Which will in turn make these logs make more sense 🙈🤣

Td for me today! Taking it “easy” at the moment, have been experiencing “hypo” like symptoms like I mentioned yesterday, happy I’m still in the gym however as I thought this MAY take me out!
Checked in today with Meg. We’re both really happy with the visuals at this point, still holding a nice level of fullness & condition which usually fades fast for me once assistance is taken out! So happy days 🙂

Thank you for the answers. I feel great pump in the gym is amazing, aslo blood pressure is 120/60 heart rate is around 50-55 beats per min at 80 kg so i think to keep it that way for now.
Yeah I’d keep it this way! Sounds like it’s working for you 🙂 and that’s what counts the most!

Rest day for me today, another heavy one really, the last few days have been hard for many reasons, I think the antibiotics have had an impact here, I feel like my body is craving any sort of sugar, fruit, sweetener, not even junk 🤷♀️ this is a very interesting process.. hopefully as th weeks go by I settle more because we still have another 11 & a bit left of this current diet set up!
Chicken (cooked and eaten within 20mins to avoid histamine build up)

Olive oil
Almond butterThese are my only food sources at the moment for 12 weeks.. it’s a challenging post show for me because I’m missing the social side of things after a long season, but hay, I have chosen to do this., In a round about way lol.. no one wants to do this let’s be real Especially after a long season, BUT this could really change my life getting rid of these parasites.. form not just a physique standpoint when I step on stage. But also with eveything else it brings!

Agree with the others here and really like the point andy made.. that’s really important when it comes to training in general, keeping the order.. so put it which way you prefer but ensure you keep it this way!
