Just touched down in Spain! Jeez that was a long old travel! Today we will get a food shop, prepare food, but the gym! Tomorrow will be a rest day where j plan to do absolutely nothing! The good thing is, I slept on and off on the 11 hour flight for the most of it, diddnt look at th time again until 4 hours left! So hopefully as it’s 12pm I’m just back in th time zone! Fingers crossed!!!

Rest day for me today & a long travel day ahead witb 25.5hrs wowzaaaa but, everything’s prepared & we’re at the airport, so far so good, now just to check theee 5 bags in LOL & hope for no delays, I’m excited to get to Spain now.. we arrive Wednesday 12pm ish.. from there it’s time to rest up, we’re happy with today’s look, no drastic changes body weight & look is where it should be as it stands 😅 so.. let’s see what the travel brings! Going to try my best to sleep loadssss!!

Agree with the others here & definitely feel like alison has made some very valid points.. it really is person dependent, just make sure you really do align with your goal, and of course remembering health is key when it comes to longevity in this sport! When are you thinking of competing?! Let us know your plans!

Training day for me today! Hit up a session early this am so I could be present at the Japan pro!

Agree with the others here, we can get a little in our head, but if all of these mentioned above are ticked then I really don’t see why not as long as your also taking care of your sleep, recovery & nutrition!

Training day for me today, however a later session as I have been to the athlete meeting & had a lot to sort out this morning with packing off to another hotel!
Feeling pretty tired my self 🫣 BUT we have a lot of the day left and I’m ahead, my main focus is just ensuring Marc has all he needs and is settled and rested, my own rest can wait 😂🤝

There’s no problem but I agree with the others above regarding getting a wider variety of nutrient from other food sources too!

Agree with Benners here, I’d say if your having productive sessions and your drinking those carbs & aminos with some salt & are going in well hydrated then you’ll be fine to run with this! If you do get a little hunger prior to, you could always make a small shake from whey / oats / banana / nut butter or something 🙂

Rest day for me today, food is sitting a little higher than baseline, digestion wasn’t the best yesterday, weight was up a little today due to that I’d say.. I actually feel a lot more chilled today, it’s been pretty hectic over here in Japan but I feel like we have settled finally – and that’s why it’s always good to get to these shows way before.. it’s a sunny day, I’m just sat outside in the sunshine with my feet on the floor (love a bit of grounding 🤓) all in all a good day so far, off to the gym now whilst Marc trains, off to get our feet done later in the afternoon! 🤝

Training day for me today in Japan, and a higher day with food & minimal steps! Body weight came up 0.4kg on yesterday and I’m just feeling a little generally tired! Let’s see what tomorrow brings! Marc’s looking EPIC, it’s mental! 🥲 so excited for him to compete this weekend!!

Another day in Japan, weight dropped off today to 55.6kg, we usually come to around this before we peak, I keep forgetting that I’m competing infact soon! Which I will confirm once I’m set in stone, I have until the weekend to decide! Anyway come to the gym today and jsut working here whilst Marc trains, slept well but night sweats.. we are about 3/4 days until I should be on, So I’ve been struggling as per at this time which has been a little difficult but we move!!
