    Training day for me today & minimal steps! Had a Thai massage, lots of client work, btstv podcast this evening, all in all a good day, body weight has also come back down to 55.9kg which is positive!! Looking forward to digging in from here!! 4.5 weeks to goooo!!

    Rest day for me today, 0.3kg up from yesterday & slept not so great.. so, today Meg chose for me to do minimal steps & a little higher with food again.. cycles hit me a little.. so I’m grateful for that! Looking forward to getting past this now!!

    I guess it’s person dependent.. but I wouldn’t, I think regardless if you sleep or not with caffeine it would raise your HR & likely affect recovery..

    Fantastic session today, back to normal baseline food, only 0.1 up from yesterdays minimal steps & high day, menstrual cycle is shifting so excited for a big response heading into this week!

    Rest day for me today, 55.9kg yay a new low 😂 on day 2 of my menstrual cycle, so it came 🎉 4 weeks 6 days out today eeeek. We’re getting close! Today’s been chilled, minimal steps & a little more food infact, so lots of energy going into the next week, I reckon megs getting me ready for some more changes 😂

    Try as the others have suggested.. a little more rest inbetween the sets, see how you go.. then if not, adjust the volume 👏

    Training day for me today & event day for our brand 🙂 all in all a solid day! Got to see some clients too!! Also tmi but my menstrual cycle arrived which is great at 5 weeks out 🤝 looking forward to a shift through this week as we usually see a big one!!!

    You won’t always feel the effects from my own experience.. I also take 40 but from adelphi & haven’t experienced any negative sides..

    Agree with the others here, the results however you can get from control, & vacuums will then help with the look, I also don’t think it should be an all day thing & definitely not around meals either!

    Rest day for me today, nothing too exciting to be fair! Client work, some organising for an event we are at in Leicester (the warehouse gym) with Hecxtn, some steps, some meditation, a nap, client work as standard & a skin treatment!

    Training day for me today!! A good session & this morning we had a new low, feeling like I’m looking a lot different now visually too which is super exciting!

    So many great tips from the others above here!

    I’m very much the same as the others here, less over thinking more doing, I think it’s just a lot of what you see on social media over complicates things too, just remember why you started & enjoy it..

    I always say to people.. first of all, because you can fall down a right rabbit hole & they are costly, are you nailing the basics with consistency first.. recovery, nutrition, sleep, training.. I do however agree with the others on their opinion regarding growth hormone..
